Long time fan of Hop Scholar so we went today to try Dragon Bowl C. *DID NOT DISAPPOINT!* I didn't catch their names but the girls that worked there were soooooo sweet!! Food on point! I know it's not a big thing but I liked how they cut up the pork belly instead of leaving it sliced.

I'm thrilled that Dragon Bowl C noodle bar has opened a second location closer to me at Hop Scholar Ale House! I'm obsessed with their coconut milk tea and love that I can customize my bowl with their delicious Tom Yum broth and rice noodles. Another great perk is being able to choose my own spice level! No where to sit. Food has a decent taste but for $20 they pack it with slabs of fat they call "prime rib" and God forbid you don't give them a top review.
