Ray was great. From start to finish was always available with himself or his team. Even when an issue happened as we purchased part of the neighbors land which caused delays. He was there trying to work through it with lender. In the end county got line fixed and updated and the loan got closed. Would recommend that anyone needing a loan look here.

I’m so grateful for Ray and Patti. They did a wonderful job at refinancing my loan for a divorce buyout. They were fast and provided information and advice along the way to make the process easier to understand. They acted very professional during the process considering it was part of the divorce process. I’m glad I found them by reading three reviews online. They truly are amazing. As soon as the rates drop I will refinance with Ray.

This is the second loan that Ray at OneTrust Home Loans have completed for me in the past six months. He and his customer support person, Patti were awesome to work with. I never had to question where we were in the process and everything was completed without any in person contact other than signing the loan docs with the notary. Ray and Patti went above and beyond in helping me to resolve a previous issue that impacted the closing of my loan. I highly recommend Ray Jones at One Trust Home Loans!

Ray helped my girlfriend and I purchase our first home together. He was knowledgeable, patient, and professional. I really appreciated how Ray kept us in the loop and walked us through the entire process. From submitting the verifying documents to finding us the best rate, Ray was there to provide us with valuable information. Even when there was a little hiccup on my end towards closing, Ray worked with me to resolve the hiccup quickly. I recommend him to first time home buyers, those purchasing their second home, or refinancing.

He breaks things down to you in a way that you will understand! He will check all avenues and all possibilities and he will have your back all the way until the end. I searched for a while before I found Ray. There is too many people out there that do not know what they are doing. Ray has the experience and the knowledge to meet your needs. He presented a good better best plan which made it easier for us to make a decision. I'm a curious person and sent him too many emails to count and he always responded promptly and kept the communication going during the process. A pleasure to work with and would recommend Ray to anyone looking for a loan officer.
