Explaining him what exactly happened, describing the artist and the dates of the visit and he said that there is no problem and he is gonna send a confirmation to my cell with an appointment to fix mistakes with no cost. I double asked if there is anything else I should provide Coming next morning all excited and happy and taking my partner to support me I ended up witnessing absolute unprofessional and extremely poor treatment. The only master at the shop at that moment wasn't aware of the fact that we were coming and asked for older confirmations. Feeling already aggravated that I have to go through the same conversation I instantly contacted Jovan again who's at that point wouldn't recognize our, fix shops mistake at no cost and he only can provide a poor discount, constantly twisting his words and tried to make me pay same amount as my first retouch. I wasted my time, my partners time by coming to this shop that clearly has zero consideration and professionalism (clearly masters don't stay long) towards their patrons and faced only false promises. Pathetic. Less

I didn't catch the artists name who did my tattoo but he was amazing and attentive to detail! He had a light hand when tattooing I highly recommend! I would definitely fo back next time in miamiHxe even me help draw the idea and we put our ideas together great experience!!

Absolutely IN LOVE with this place! Felipe and Ignacio were super nice and attentive and they both have an amazing eye for detail. They answered all of our questions and concerns and it barely hurt! Will definitely be coming back!!

Kids that are 16 and up can get a tattoo in Florida with parental consent! That's the law but this was the only shop who said no to us, which I guess is their right but don't go here if your between 16-18! We ended up going to Salvation Tattoo and they did remarkable work and the boys were more than satisfied!

over priced and not enough detail to simple tattoos. Smh Tattoo artist didn't gi deep enough with in on me so my tattoo looks gray instead of black. My sis had a simple tattoo and it wasn't completed correctly.

Went to tattoo shop with Appointment for 3 PM waited around for 1.5 hours. Left number to call when ready and they never did. They overbooked and did not care. We wasted too much time around a tattoo shop on our vacation. Wish we would have had time to take our business elsewhere.

I called the shop back to explain my concerns and they replied with saying I can come back and get it redone, the problem is I don’t live in Miami or visit often. I just want a refund or to be partly reimbursed because the work turned out poor. The pictures are 2 weeks apart. I got it on March 27,2021. Update: I have been going back and forth with a manager or owner all morning and they refuse to refund unless I give them a better review. They told me my review should be about the experience and the memories of the shop so I should have given them 5 stars. My review IS based on the work which as you can see is poor which is why I initially rated them 2 stars, but after speaking and trying to resolve the issue I am giving them one star because of the unprofessionalism and passive aggressiveness I experienced from this individual. It’s not even about the refund anymore because I’m over it, it’s about the way they wanted me to give a false review to make themselves look better. Beware.. if you want a tattoo in Miami, look at all shops around and their reviews. I would not recommend. Update 2: this is how it was handled. Apparently since I wouldn’t change my review before I received a refund I was trying to extort them. Lol this is so unprofessional. Why would I change an honest review. PLEASE consider this review and honestly choose some place else. You will get better quality work for better prices. I hope none of you go through this harassment and belittling. Coming back again since I could not comment on the response. Just to let you all know, this business would not issue my refund unless I went back and changed their review. They hassled me to change the review before our situation was resolved. The owner/manager went back and forth all day with me where he tried to accuse me of extortion literally over 75 dollars. They were not even going to give me a full refund. They keep mentioning another review that was from my friend who also received a tattoo from their shop and claimed that she could not possibly get a tattoo from their store since she did not leave them a good review. ITS ALL ABOUT THE REVIEWS. It's distasteful the way they treat the customers after work has been done. I would never recommend anyone to this shop especially if you have issues with your tattoo afterwards. If you bring up a concern they go in on your character as if they know you and accuse you of trying to swindle a free tattoo which doesn't make sense because you have to pay before you get it. All in all this owner/manager does not look out AND OR CARE for clients unless you give them a good review. SO, if you have any issues make sure you give them 5 stars on their google review unless you will not get any type of decency regarding your issue. It's honestly disgusting and poor work ethic. This is the best tattoo parlor around! Ko had some amazing work to reference from when deciding what I’d like! The artwork and precious behind the artist are unmatched by anyone in the area! Ko had great music taste and really made the place welcoming! I’ll definitely be coming back for the free touch ups on all their tattoos!
