It is not possible for me to say enough about this wonderful company! Anchor plumbing is honestly the best group of plumbing professionals I have ever experienced…from Haley, the administrative Director, with her responsive, informative and helpful spirit, to both Jeremy and Aaron, who are clearly very gifted plumbers, all the way to their digging crew! Every single one of them were responsive to my critical time crunch!! They were diligent, focused and exceptionally thorough in identifying my problem (slab leak), its exact location (as well as checking the entirety of my slab for any other potential problems) and impressively competently in getting the repairs completed well within my accelerated but necessary time frame!…All of them were prepared to do whatever was required to get it accurately diagnosed, the leak properly located and fixed and repaired and my home back in order a timely way! Aaron, Jeremy and Hayley’s work ethic is rare in today’s world. After receiving the invoice for this huge job, it was clear to me that they are in business, not just to make money, but bc of their work ethic, their commitment to excellent and friendly service, and their genuine care for the people they are serving. I was worried about a possible leak in the crawl space I called anchor plumbing and they send someone out. They were very nice I explained the situation they ran tests and determined the leak was not due to piping and more then likely the heavy rain we had mixed with humidity. They were very professional and respectful of my home. I will be using their services again in the future. Less
