Buying windows from JKR Windows was the best decision I’ve made in years. Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable about the product and the process. Do not buy windows from this company. They sell Alside windows and sliding glass doors. Alside makes a great product and I highly encourage anyone in need of windows to look into them; however, do not buy them from JKR. You can buy Alside Windows by simply searching for the brand and finding a store to buy them at. JKR will tell you that they have a huge discount on the windows and can pass on the savings to you. Do not fall for this as they are charging at least double what you could get them for elsewhere. The reason I am strongly encouraging potential buyers to avoid JKR is due to their misleading sales methods and once they have your signature and the order is placed, they will not communicate with you as they are more interested in finding new clients rather than taking care of existing ones. I just hope that I never have to go through this company for window repair and hope my installer was correct in telling me that I can go directly to Alside with any issues.

So excited to get my new windows today! Obediah did a great job of explaining the quality of the product and was very friendly when we met with him to discuss our purchase. The windows are exactly what he showed us. Dylan, Damen, & Wade all did an exceptional job with the installation. They communicated great throughout the whole process and quickly and efficiently took care of the job. They were very careful and did a great job of clean up when they were done.

My home had original single pane, aluminum framed widows from 1973. JKR installed beautiful double pane windows and it improved the aesthetics and efficiency of my home dramatically! Cole's crew did an amazing job with installation and touching up everything that needed to be done. I highly recommend JKR.

My parents were scheduled for their windows to be installed. The installers arrived on time and did a magnificent job on installing the new windows in my parent’s home. Andrew and Devin (from the Grand Junction office) worked so well with us. They were very professional, courteous, and talked with us if we had any questions pertaining to the installation. Both installers cleaned up as they went along leaving no trace behind but a beautiful install. They worked diligently and efficiently and got the job done in the same day. Once the install was complete they showed us how to open and close the windows and instructed us on how to care for them. Hands down, the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time! I would recommend this company. The house has a new and fresh look to it. Thank you to Andrew and Devin for a job well done!!!
