JKR Windows Draper Brady (Sales rep) Jeremy's Crew (James and Parker) Our experience with JKR started in October of 2023 with Brady our sales representative. We were looking for new windows and sought out JKR Windows after seeing reviews and they were a local company. The information Brady provided about the windows was great (pricing compared to other companies, quality and function). We were told to expect 14-16 weeks for manufacturing and they showed up at (15 weeks including the week lead time for install). Installation: Jeremy's crew showed up on time and worked the whole day to install 13 windows. They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. With that said, they did run into some issues during the install. Some of the windows during manufacturing were not up to standard. Pieces were warped or not properly fitting making the install not perfect. With that said, James immediately noted the issues and made calls to get replacement parts on the way. This did not take away from the overall install, Jeremy's crew in the end were working with what they had delivered and making the effort to correct the issues. Overall we are happy! The difference from what we had is night and day. I will update this once everything is corrected. The functionality of the windows seem to be decent. We have one window that is very difficult to lock you have to close it very very hard and put muscle behind it to get it to lock properly. The installers however left quite a mess. They got glue all over our stucco and on one window fixed stucco which I appreciate. However they didn’t paint the spot they fixed which now we have glue spots on the rock and stucco of our house around and under one window and on the top corner of another we have a stucco patch. And they left all the mess in both bathtubs in my bathrooms from the removal and installation with plastic pieces all over. They were in a hurry to leave and left messes. Less

Cole had to patch a couple spots around the windows, he made a little more than he needed so he patched some random spots on my walls that I’ve needed to patch for a while! My car won’t start and is still stuck at my other job in Downtown Salt Lake. I’m very disappointed in the company, as they praise themselves as the “best”. They seem to always care about their Google reviews, so hopefully this gets their attention. They hired me, and I spent about 55-60 hours that week altogether on the job. And I get paid nothing, as it’s commission only, and I was only in onboarding. Very disappointed in the company and definitely won’t be giving them business at any point in the future. They screwed me out on about 1 to 1.5 week’s worth of pay from my other job because I left there to start a sales job to give it a shot. Would like a compensation check, as I am in a rough situation in my life and JKR has made it worse for me. I’m moving on from the position, and will be starting a similar position for a competitor shortly. Less

So we were a little on edge on how the install was going to go. Dylan and his crew, Damen, Wade, and Kyndal arrived on the install day and pushed us back into the 5 star review range. Very professional, precise, like a well tuned sailing crew they knew exactly what was needed, what obstacles they could immediately see and they explained it all, gave us great options, remained flexible as we changed our minds several times, and could pivot and adjust with us keeping our options open. When they were all done, Jayden walked me through how the windows worked and checked to make sure all was done correctly and did find one screen that had a small tear in it. A business owner that willfully ignores the rules of a community, sends out agressive salespeople to bother elderly people who live in a community where soliciting is not allowed and then refers to this as a "marketing strategy" is either tone deaf or simply believes the rules and laws are for others and not him. You might want to check out the Sun River Nextdoor app to see how your "marketing strategy" backfired. One more thing; the residents of Sun River have been advised to call SGPD and have anyone from JKR Windows cited for trespassing as this has been an ongoing issue with your company. Ron's crew was incredible with the install. The job was scheduled to be over 2 days because of how many windows we were replacing. But they worked in a timely and efficient manner. And they got all of the windows replaced in one day. They were clean; they were communicative; and they demonstrated again how to use the windows so I could be confident in how to get the most out of them.

I still have concerns over how hard it has been to reach JKR's customer support, as both support and sales contact lines have ignored about 80% of my incoming communication and never once returned a call after leaving a voicemail message, but the COO assures me that is being looked into as well. Overall there are a lot of great people at JKR that take their work seriously, and I feel if they continue to make improvements to their systems and processes they could be an excellent option for many customers. He also took the time to answer my questions and address concerns. ***FOLLOW UP*** (1/3/2024) After having lived with the windows for just under a year, I have a few gripes: 1) the double-sliding feature (where window can open from either side) that comes stock, is extremely frustrating. The design is flawed in that both sides do not sit tight on all windows, and one side usually gives enough so that there isn’t a tight seal and/or the latch & locking mechanism don’t align right, making it difficult to get the lock to set (or needing to regularly adjust latch, as well). I’d rather have paid extra to get a fixed pane with only one sliding sash. 2) there is much more hot/cold transfer between the outer/inner panes than I expected and air flow between sash and frame. 3) there is a foam seal between the sash frame and glass that came chewed up on several of the windows. It was most noticeable on the sashes of a larger window, I reached out to JKR, and they replaced the sashes. Since then I noticed the same issue on other windows, reached out but never heard back. In short, the install was great and they are decent windows overall but I expected much better quality (and quality control on the production) since we paid for their more expensive windows that they offered. Have enjoyed working with JKR. They said on average that people save 40% on energy savings, and I am excited to see more of this, and it was just recently done. Ron and his crew did a good job, and got it all done within the day. They did a good job cleaning up, and all I had to do was to but the blinds back on.

Jessyka’s and Rylan’s teams did an amazing job installing our windows today. They were so fast (20 windows and a sliding glass door in 7 hours!) but didn’t cut corners and did high-quality work. I loved that they cleaned up after themselves when they were done. We couldn’t be happier with our new windows!

I have signs up that say not to trespass or ring our door bell and these guys repeatedly do so anyway trying to solicite their product. I have them on camera and my camera also records audio and they have admitted to seeing the signs and ringing the doorbell anyway. If it happens one more time im going to be calling the police for a trespassing order.

The customer service was fantastic, the installers did a fabulous job and I love the windows. I can’t believe the difference the windows make to prevent noise. I highly recommend this company!!
