Editting review: Carlos and his team moved a hot tub for me that i did not purchase through them. They were more expensive than another compant but could get me in sooner. They were super nice and professional but did break plastic on my hot tub which I did not complain about. Stated they would order another for me at no charge. I text the guy but heard nothing back. I would give a good review but now im skeptical 🫤 id say 2.5-3 star max currently.

Let me tell you my experience and then you decide if you want to trust this company. On April 4th, a Saturday, I put down $10,000.00 for a down payment on a Bullfrog swim spa at Hot Tub Time, Albuquerque. The salesman this day was the actual owner (name withheld), so I thought I was in good hands. I was told by this person that it would take three to four weeks for our swim spa to be produced and shipped. On May 4th, four weeks later I contacted Hot Tub Time Albuquerque and the person that answers the phone has very limited information about our swim spa order (It was odd). I have the owner’s ( remember our salesman) business cell number, so I reach out to him and leave a message, to get the status on my Swim Spa. He calls back later to tell me the Bullfrog (the company) has a backup on their production line and it will be about four more weeks before my Swim Spa is shipped and he will be in contact once it arrives to get a deliver date set, etc. Something felt off, so I did some research, reached out to Bullfrog Swim Spas directly and talked to someone. Acting like I did not know much, I asked when did my order get put in, and they stated on May 4th, not April 4th. I double checked this information with them. I also asked what is the normal product time to shipping and they said 3 to 4 weeks. So, simply, Hot Tub Time Albuquerque, took my $10,000.00 deposit, never placed the order to a month later when I reminded them of the order and were 100% untruthful to me about the reason the swim spa was now going to take a total of eight weeks to be shipped. Your call, if this is a company you want to do business with. The owner was not truthful, and he is the leader of company, so what else happens here?

Customers absolutely come first for this company. From the owner, the sales person to the team who does the install or the person answering the phone they give amazing service. When my bullfrog hot tub came in, one of the jet packs would not clip into the hot tub. The part of tub where it would clip in was defective. First they tried to heat the clip to get it to clip in, but it did not work. Then Bullfrog wanted to dremel into the seat and I did not want that to happen. Steve and his team took care of me and gave me a credit for the hot tub and helped me to find another one. I appreciate their service. It is nice to find a company that stands behind the product they sell.

I would just like to give a shout-out to the owners of this hot tub store. I purchased a spa, and my husband became ill, so I had to cancel my purchase. I appreciate Lindsay and her dad, Steve, for understanding and working with us. Although it took a little time and a few things went wrong, we did get our refund. I just want to thank them for understanding our unfortunate situation. I highly recommend Hot Tub Time on Eubank. So full transparency I didn't buy a hot tub from here but we moved into a new house with a hot tub and I had no idea what I was doing. I walked into the store and said just that and an amazing woman came and explained everything to be and best of all I bought all the products and items I needed being a new hot tub owner. I won't buy any supplies on line because I want to keep supporting this business beacuse their people have been so caring and helpful. If you so want to buy a hot tub I highly recommend them.

Highly recommend Hot Tub Time and the bullfrog line of tubs if your looking for a outstanding hot tub, this is our 2nd time purchasing a tub from them, we upgraded to a 4 person bullfrog and looking forward to the personalized therapeutic jet packs that come with the tub. All aspects from start to delivery to set up was outstanding. Kiddos to Richard who over saw our delivery and walked me through the setup and workings of the tub. Hot Tub Time did a great job on a hot tub move! Payne was great and so was the rest of the crew. They were both careful and took their time with the 1,000 pound tub. Not to mention punctual and fairly priced!

I bought a hot tub from Scott and Steve the owner. Swore the tub was the best deal they had, they delivered right away and was impressed with the customer service… initially. Then a day after I filled up hot tub, it had a puddle of water leaking. I messaged Scott right away and said they would pick it up the next day. Didn't hear anything until two weeks later when I called to find out details on update if delivery of hot tub. The guy who picked it up said it was infested with mice and they had a leak on intake. Said it would be fixed and they can deliver tomorrow. I was okay with that, but then was ghosted. I called and messaged a few times and finally got someone on the phones and they said they would deliver the next day. Took time off work to go home and a couple of hours before delivery they said they couldn't deliver. And then followed up with they were still waiting on parts. I was so frustrated. I bought this great hot tub with cash and now I don't even have a firm date of delivery, a mouse-infested hot tub which was insinuated the mice had not been there when delivered but then one if the guys said it wasn't fully inspected before they sent out the hot tub. This has been. A terrible experience which should have been a great one. I am hopeful everyone checks their hot tubs before getting any from here. I'mLooking for a refund but have been ghostedall of a sudden with no solution on my options. Very terrible experience. Please consider elsewhere before scammed like me.

This is our second hot tub from Hot Tub Time. We have always had wonderful service. The owner and his wife make sure that the can help or send help if we have a problem, even though we live in Colorado. We would never buy from anyone else!!! They are professional and personable.
