The delivery was scheduled and ABQ Hot Tub was true to their word, on time with truck and crane. The new tub was set in place and old tub removed. Delivery personnel were courteous and knowledgeable. He walked me through everything at a reasonable pace, answered my questions, and was just overall a great human. Well, get this, the alkaline in my water was nonexistent, something he never saw. My hot tub had somehow got in sleep mode- (which he showed me how to work all these buttons and what they did) so my water was cold. Uh oh! The heat is going on, Paul to the rescue! Finally my class was over, about 40 mins or so, probably could have been as short or as long as I needed. That’s how much they care. So, 4-5 hours later, he calls me, “Steve and I think the test stripes you have may not be good, I’ll come bring you some!” Whaaaat! Long story long, it’s a day later, I have successfully balanced my spa, it’s at 104 degrees and ready for the winter. If you need ANYTHING hot tub related, call them!!! Oh, also! My class was $65 and I bought this great chlorine system, so it was like less than $150. 1000% worth the money and I will ALWAYS go the them. Oh! UPDATE! 5/11 I had an emergency in my hot tub because I didn’t do a great job with my chemicals. Whoops! My only negative feedback is that it was sometimes difficult to get the correct information on date of availability and delivery expectations and coordination for our (crane delivered, somewhat complicated) delivery. I love my hottub. Scott told me how to take care of it exactly how I needed to. Told me what to use and how to use it and how to keep it clean. I use it everyday. My friends love coming to my house. All of our experiences with Hot Tubs Albuquerque have been first rate. Luis recently converted our tub from 110 to 220 and went above and beyond to complete the job while adverse weather was approaching. The Service Manager Scott has been great to interact with and always follows up to ensure their work has been completed to out satisfaction.
