This place was amazing! We went to four other spa dealers for comparison, and they were best with price, delivery and overall customer experience. If you're looking for a hot tub this is the place to go. They even removed our old monster-size tub which had to be cut up to get it out. No extra charges, just a smile and outstanding team. We purchased the Marquis V94 after looking at several other models. The sales experience was pleasant and no problems. The delivery was scheduled and ABQ Hot Tub was true to their word, on time with truck and crane. The new tub was set in place and old tub removed. Delivery personnel were courteous and knowledgeable. He assured me that this would not be the case with a Marquis hot tub. I went back 2 more times to look at their hot tubs but also went to nearly all the other hot tub dealers in town. Almost all of them had something bad to say about the other hot tub dealers in town instead of focusing on what set them apart from the rest. Ultimately I realized that Hot Tubs Albuquerque had the best hot tub at the best price for me. We went back to the store 2 more times and dealt with Tracy. He was great to work with. Once we were ready to buy on Christmas Eve he even stayed late to make this happen. I settled on a Marquis Nashville Elite 3 person hot tub with a 110 plug. It took about 4 weeks for it to come in. Installation was great. It only took about 1.5 hours or so for it to be set up and filled. The installation crew was professional and very nice. They even took time to perform a magic trick with rubber bands for my son. With the few issues that I have had (mainly water PH balancing issues) Scott has been wonderful to deal with. When I either call or text him and he is very responsive to me. If I ever buy another hot tub I will definitely do business with Hot Tubs Albuquerque again. I bought a 4-6 person Hudson Spa from Aqua Factory Spas in ABQ- great deal, no support. As a single, independent person, I wanted to know how to take care of my hot tub. Enter HOT TUBS ALBUQUERQUE!! First off, Steve (the owner, I believe) offered to help me with chemicals over the phone to save cost in this crazy Economy. Unfortunately, I was pretty intimidated with all the chemical names etc. “No problems!” Says Steve, we have a class for new users, I can have my guy Paul come over! I’m just a couple of days Paul rings my doorbell. Absolutely the nicest most patient man. He walked me through everything at a reasonable pace, answered my questions, and was just overall a great human. Well, get this, the alkaline in my water was nonexistent, something he never saw. My hot tub had somehow got in sleep mode- (which he showed me how to work all these buttons and what they did) so my water was cold. Uh oh! The heat is going on, Paul to the rescue! Finally my class was over, about 40 mins or so, probably could have been as short or as long as I needed. That’s how much they care. So, 4-5 hours later, he calls me, “Steve and I think the test stripes you have may not be good, I’ll come bring you some!” Whaaaat! Long story long, it’s a day later, I have successfully balanced my spa, it’s at 104 degrees and ready for the winter. If you need ANYTHING hot tub related, call them!!! Oh, also! My class was $65 and I bought this great chlorine system, so it was like less than $150. 1000% worth the money and I will ALWAYS go the them. Oh! And Paul is a magician too, he does adult and child’s parties, such a cool man! Thank you Hot Tubs ABQ!! UPDATE! 5/11 I had an emergency in my hot tub because I didn’t do a great job with my chemicals. Whoops! Scott called me immediately when I left him a message and sent over Gary within a couple of days. He just left this afternoon and my hot tub is in top-notch shape along with additional education. I absolutely love Hot Tubs Of Albuquerque, and you don’t have to buy a hot tub from them to utilize their services which I thank goodness for!! Also, if they’re super affordable!! Less
