So full transparency I didn't buy a hot tub from here but we moved into a new house with a hot tub and I had no idea what I was doing. I walked into the store and said just that and an amazing woman came and explained everything to be and best of all I bought all the products and items I needed being a new hot tub owner. I won't buy any supplies on line because I want to keep supporting this business beacuse their people have been so caring and helpful. If you so want to buy a hot tub I highly recommend them.

Highly recommend Hot Tub Time and the bullfrog line of tubs if your looking for a outstanding hot tub, this is our 2nd time purchasing a tub from them, we upgraded to a 4 person bullfrog and looking forward to the personalized therapeutic jet packs that come with the tub. All aspects from start to delivery to set up was outstanding. Kiddos to Richard who over saw our delivery and walked me through the setup and workings of the tub. Hot Tub Time did a great job on a hot tub move! Payne was great and so was the rest of the crew. They were both careful and took their time with the 1,000 pound tub. Not to mention punctual and fairly priced!

I bought a hot tub from Scott and Steve the owner. Swore the tub was the best deal they had, they delivered right away and was impressed with the customer service… initially. Then a day after I filled up hot tub, it had a puddle of water leaking. I messaged Scott right away and said they would pick it up the next day. Didn't hear anything until two weeks later when I called to find out details on update if delivery of hot tub. The guy who picked it up said it was infested with mice and they had a leak on intake. Said it would be fixed and they can deliver tomorrow. I was okay with that, but then was ghosted. I called and messaged a few times and finally got someone on the phones and they said they would deliver the next day. Took time off work to go home and a couple of hours before delivery they said they couldn't deliver. And then followed up with they were still waiting on parts. I was so frustrated. I bought this great hot tub with cash and now I don't even have a firm date of delivery, a mouse-infested hot tub which was insinuated the mice had not been there when delivered but then one if the guys said it wasn't fully inspected before they sent out the hot tub. This has been. A terrible experience which should have been a great one. I am hopeful everyone checks their hot tubs before getting any from here. I'mLooking for a refund but have been ghostedall of a sudden with no solution on my options. Very terrible experience. Please consider elsewhere before scammed like me.

This is our second hot tub from Hot Tub Time. We have always had wonderful service. The owner and his wife make sure that the can help or send help if we have a problem, even though we live in Colorado. We would never buy from anyone else!!! They are professional and personable.

We were moving and needed to move our hot tub. The place we bought it from basically told us to kick rocks. Called up Hot Tub Time and they arranged a move for us even though we didn’t buy our tub from them originally. Amazing service and they’ve definitely earned all my future business. We bought a hot tub at the big blowout sale at NM Expo because they said they had a local shop that would help with service and questions. That was not true. Once our hot tub was delivered we could not reach anyone from the selling entity that could help us and we found out that they dont have a local office in NM. We found Hot Tub Time online and we called them to see if they could answer our questions. The staff member was extremely helpful and welcomed us into their location so they could teach us how to treat our hot tub water and to help us find the right mounting system for our hot tub cover. We've really enjoyed our experience at Hot Tub Time and really wish we had bought our hot tub from them instead of from the dishonest wholesale business that we visited at NM Expo that day.

Was out looking at spas and went into Hot Tubs Albuquerque. Tracy our salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable. There was no pressure at all but was very impressed with the Bullfrog Spas. Wow, so worth the investment, amazing quality and it will last, with the proper maintenance of course. The whole management team from delivery to follow up and my man Gary! Amazing person, so knowledgeable, and knows how to show you to take care of your beautiful spa. Great local company to count on, and knowing they are there for you with any issues and service problems.

About three years ago we bought our Marquis hot tub from Hot Tub Albuquerque. We can only speak very highly about the way they dealt with the installation and any follow up. Gary has been doing the service every three, four months and we cannot be happier. THANK ALL OF YOU AT HOT TUB ALBUQUERQUE.
