I had Dysport for the 11 between my eyes, for wrinkles around the lips, and a lip flip. I did not want to look overdone and was afraid to have fillers in my lips. Dr. Jeffries listened to my concerns and was conservative on what she did. I chose Dysport over Botox because it starts working right away and I could see some of the changes before leaving the office. I did need to go back for a little more Dysport for one of the deep wrinkles around the lip. I also had an Aquafirm facial by Gracen. It’s not something I can afford to have done regularly but I would highly recommend having one if you have never tried it. Less

We are new to the area and I used to go to Laguna Beach for Botox, fillers, chemical peels etc. I tried to get a appointment with another Redlands skin care facility and getting the appointment was many weeks out, they charged $50 to book the appointment (and it took me three days to get it back after I cancelled) and the person on the phone was clueless as to the costs of items. I called Premier and worked with Ashley to tell her what I was interested in and she provided pricing for everything and an appointment was booked. Unfortunately I had a work emergency and had to cancel an hour before my appointment. They were so polite and accommodating and I was able to re-book for the following week. The building and office they are in are very nice. I had Dysport vs Botok after a recommendation from Dr. Jeffries and a laser treatment with Stephanie. Stephanie was very personable and knowledgeable, it was a very positive experience and I look forward to more treatments with her. Dr. Jeffries took out a muscular facial picture and we discussed what my goals were and how it needed to be done. I've done the topical creams, had areas removed that were pre-cancerous, sprayed with liquid nitrogen, and a couple of IPL Photo Facials over the years. Not trying to have the skin of a newborn. Just not scare myself in the mirror. Anyway, I just went to Premier and elected to have the latest PicoSure Laser treatment. It's been about 30 hours since the treatment, and the spots are already disappearing. Stephanie was awesome. Where to begin? Haven't Been there in over two years, but Candace still remembered my information down to the names of my children. The office staff is so friendly (Ashley) including making extra copies for me on treatments. It is the best thing they have done for myself in a couple years and are continuing to go there I'm saying do the sage program. Highly recommend. Two treatments of months for $99? I went there for treatment and Pam was very helpful and very nice - even when she told me to relax and I didn't. The lady in the front also let me know of the rebate that they had for the treatment I was getting that day. I thought that was awesome. Overall, the staff is great and I will definitely go back! Really! I am a first time user of injectables and was interested in filling my lips. I was counseled by Dr. Jeffries on what would work best for the result and price line I was looking for. She helped me decide on Belotero and I am beyond amazed and satisfied with my results. As a woman, I feel the doctor believes how important it is to remain looking "natural" even with help from science. I left there with better than expected results!!! No duck lips and I don't look like a Simpson.I have also had a laser treatment on this pesky adult acne and Gretchen was great to talk to me and explain the procedure and what to expect during and after.
