I’ve been working with Blythe for over fourteen years, starting in 2012 when I first began CrossFit. Over the years I’ve trained with her in several gyms and for the past three years as a personal training client in my home gym. During that time, I’ve lost a significant amount of weight and built an incredible amount of muscle. She’s trained me, she’s trained two of my children, she’s trained several of my friends. She is simply amazing.Blythe has designed and programmed every workout with a focus on hypertrophy training (my request) that delivered real results at a great pace. She’s extremely reliable, which is rare in the personal training industry. No matter what’s happening in her own life, she always shows up, stays consistent, and keeps every commitment she’s ever made to me. Huge!Her knowledge runs deep, and she brings patience and focus to every session. On the days when I wasn’t motivated, she adjusted the plan, gave me room to reset, and still kept me accountable. That ability to adapt while pushing for progress makes her an exceptional coach.I truly can’t say enough good things about Blythe.
