The staff at Southern Heritage Home were wonderful to work with, especially Donna. She went the extra mile to assist me in the purchase of our new bedroom suit. She even FaceTimed me and placed the stain samples in a variety of lighting to help with my decision. She was very accommodating and her communication throughout the entire process from quote to order to delivery was outstanding. Also, the delivery team was excellent; they took great care of the furniture and the set up was fantastic! My wife and I purchased a beautiful Hooker bedroom set from Patsy at Southern Heritage. Patsy is an amazingly sweet person to deal with. I was upset because we were given one price for shipping and it turned out to be higher, but it is worth the money. The two men that delivered our furniture Robert and Cameron were amazing. I have never had a company provide the level of service they did. I feel like we have two new friends. I had a dining chair that broke and that chair has been discontinued by the manufacturer. I emailed Southern Heritage Home to see if they had something similar by the same manufacturer. Donna McDonald quickly responded to my email and worked with me to find a suitable substitute. She has been so kind and patient as I made my decision.
