My wife and I purchased a beautiful Hooker bedroom set from Patsy at Southern Heritage. Patsy is an amazingly sweet person to deal with. I was upset because we were given one price for shipping and it turned out to be higher, but it is worth the money. The two men that delivered our furniture Robert and Cameron were amazing. I have never had a company provide the level of service they did. I feel like we have two new friends. I had a dining chair that broke and that chair has been discontinued by the manufacturer. I emailed Southern Heritage Home to see if they had something similar by the same manufacturer. Donna McDonald quickly responded to my email and worked with me to find a suitable substitute. She has been so kind and patient as I made my decision. I absolutely had the best experience with a member from Southern Heritage Home, Patsy! She was extremely professional and let me handle the reins so to say In choosing my color palette.
