I decided to start work later than usual and go to the Friday morning class at HEAT Fitness. I am so glad I did! Allie's classes are well thought out - she carefully plans each session to balance strength, cardio, and mobility in a way that challenges every part of your body without feeling overwhelming.The exercises flow smoothly from one to the next, keeping your heart rate up while still allowing time to focus on form. Speaking of form, I really appreciate how Allie keeps an eye on everyone throughout the class. She gently corrects posture or alignment when needed, taking a moment to step over, demonstrate the right movement, and encourage us to adjust. It makes a big difference because you know you’re doing the exercises safely and effectively.Plus, her encouragement is constant and sincere - she always pushes us to do our best without making it feel like pressure. The combination of a well-structured workout and Allie’s supportive coaching made the class not just challenging but actually fun. Leaving class, I felt energized and accomplished, ready to take on the rest of the day!
