Carlos was prompt and very pleasant to work with. He said it would take 45 minutes to an hour so I was kind of surprised after 30 minutes he said he was done. I asked if he had cleaned the sliding glass doors. He said that wasn't on the assignment he received. I told him that it was part of the package so he went and got his tools back out. I noticed that there were water droplets at several of the bottoms of the top frames that hadn't been wiped away.Carlos pointed out there was some leaching on the sliding glass door windows explaining that it could have come from chemicals if the house had been cleaned or pressure washed. He said he would do his best to scrub as much as he could.When Carlos was done with the sliding glass doors, he asked how did everything look. I pointed out the water droplets on several of the windows and Will said the frames would be wiped down. Carlos said that the purified water would dry without residue but offered to wipe them down for me.Both Will, who set up the appointment, and Carlos were very polite and professional. I would recommend this company as I was pleased with the outcome.

Will and his team worked around my schedule to get my windows done when I needed. They were very careful not to track anything in, they removed their shoes prior to entering my home. This is my fourth time using LWC. I have the quarterly exterior window cleaning. I highly recommend LWC.
