Finally got the foundation poured for my Mom's, last week , still nothing done for my nephews. All the money has been paid in full since June. They've made repeated broken promises, was lied to about the actual day the memorials were ready. It was a waste of time and gas to drive to Lebanon from Silverton when I was told the memorials were ready and they were not. now they're taking they're time to complete/finish placing the headstones. It was stated to me that they wanted the foundation set for a week, it's going on a week in a half, then I was told that it would all be done in one day. More lies I don't know what to believe. I originally had 4 memorials ordered, until the constant unprofessionalism lies I've cancelled the last 2, and received a reimbursement for them. I'm tempted to go get the memorials and place them myself, at least I'll know for certain without any lying that the job is done.
