She sent me links and I called with questions about homes and prices I was seeing online. I live about 6 hrs away and started looking 8 months ago, Anne accommodated my schedule and arranged showing me places everytime I wanted to look at homes, always on weekends as my schedule and the drive time would allow. It was a long process but she was always eager and more than happy to line up appointments for homes to look at, mostly on short notice. She helped facilitate a lender and solved any issues I had with the process of closing on the home. After closing she continued to help me with anything I needed on a local level, the house closed almost a month ago and she is still helping me, I still call her for help and info on services there locally, ie: home cleaners, carpet cleaners, all the utility providers info, I've never asked her anything that she wasn't able or willing to help me with. I'm not a very easy or patient person to work with but i never had to question Anne's commitment to finding me the type of place I wanted, and making this process as simple and straightforward as possible. I almost never do referrals but I would never hesitate to recommend Anne for anything related to real estate. Hell, I'll probably ask her to come and help me build fence.... Mike Newby. Less
