I've always been a fan of accupuncture. A few weeks ago I was in excruciating pain due to my sciatica, I could barely get out of bed in the morning. I went to urgent care who gave me a shot for the inflammation but was still in so much pain over a week after. I was thrilled to find Integrative Accupuncture and quickly made an appointment. Dr Karen took care of me on my 1st visit and let me tell you, I could barely feel the needles. She is so gentle, caring and professional. After my visit I was still in some pain, but that is expected and explained to patients. However, after a few days I must say I feel 60% better. I can get out of bed in the morning with little pain. Karin is my girl!! In my line of work, I use my body constantly, I’m never sitting down, so I hold a lot of tension and pain in my upper back. I thought I was never going to be healed. Until I dedicated myself to acupuncture and it’s dramatically transformed my life.
