NuSpine has been taking care of me since I moved to Austin 13 months ago. They took care of me my entire pregnancy and helped me with things like lower back pain, neck strain from hyperemesis (excessive throwing up during pregnancy), and the infamous “nursing neck” from breastfeeding. Nowadays they also adjust my newborn making sure she’s well aligned as she grows. It’s super important to look into chiropractic as a new mom, because as your levels of relaxin drop, your body can become stiff in an out of alignment position from pregnancy and delivery. The doctors here are super compassionate, educational, and very friendly. It is nice to consistently see a mix of doctors all with different perspectives. The receptionist staff is also so helpful. Thankfully, they were open on a Saturday until 4 pm, which is practically unheard of! I was able to quickly fill out the forms online and make an appointment for the next hour—though they do walk-ins too, I appreciated being able to get everything set up ahead of time. From the moment I arrived, I was taken care of. They immediately brought me into a private room for an evaluation and treatment. They set up a treatment plan for me to come in twice a week for the next month. And as a nurse, I was thrilled to get a discount—only $85 for the entire treatment plan! The fact that they accept FSA/HSA is super convenient too. Each session includes a hydrotherapy massage, which is absolutely amazing. Plus, they're open until 6 pm every day, so I can head over right after work, walk in, sign in at the bay area, and be taken care of within 15-20 minutes. The convenience and quality of care are unmatched. I also appreciate that I got to see three different chiropractors depending on the day I went, which I really liked! I love love coming here for my adjustments , I have severe neck , back and shoulder pain and Dr Thomas helped me got rid of my shoulder pain in a week and my neck and back pain is getting better . I decided to trya chiropractor for a much needed relief on my right side sciatica which was acting up. After 2-3 visits, I haven't had an issue with it! I've been a customer for a couple months and so glad they are open on Saturdays. I work in a warehouse so getting adjusted after a long and tiresome week is a must! Less
