Thankfully, they were open on a Saturday until 4 pm, which is practically unheard of! I was able to quickly fill out the forms online and make an appointment for the next hour—though they do walk-ins too, I appreciated being able to get everything set up ahead of time. From the moment I arrived, I was taken care of. They immediately brought me into a private room for an evaluation and treatment. They set up a treatment plan for me to come in twice a week for the next month. And as a nurse, I was thrilled to get a discount—only $85 for the entire treatment plan! The fact that they accept FSA/HSA is super convenient too. Each session includes a hydrotherapy massage, which is absolutely amazing. Plus, they're open until 6 pm every day, so I can head over right after work, walk in, sign in at the bay area, and be taken care of within 15-20 minutes. The convenience and quality of care are unmatched. I also appreciate that I got to see three different chiropractors depending on the day I went, which I really liked! I have to give a special shoutout to Masha, who was incredibly helpful on that first Saturday. She made sure I was comfortable and took great care of me throughout the entire process. I love love coming here for my adjustments , I have severe neck , back and shoulder pain and Dr Thomas helped me got rid of my shoulder pain in a week and my neck and back pain is getting better . Dr Thomas is helping me fix all my issues based on the Xray I got from somewhere else and he took his time to explain all I need to do at home and aids I could use and most importantly he helped explain all the complex Xray report / images . I decided to trya chiropractor for a much needed relief on my right side sciatica which was acting up. After 2-3 visits, I haven't had an issue with it! Before I knew it, Levi came in to adjust me, showing the same care and patience as I worked through the pain. He clearly knows his stuff.
