Chad and Avenir Brokers made the daunting task of moving so much easier with all the assistance provided. I was looking to move from a city 2 hours away with little time off to be in the Orlando area. Chad took the time to help us build a search for exactly what we were looking for within the requested area and was our boots on the ground in doing tours, working with the property management to get us situated for the final move, and offering tips and advice to make the choice most suitable for our situation. The responsiveness, willingness to help, and diligence in following up regularly with all parties involved made the move possible to begin a new chapter in Orlando.
