This gym is like a family and that is what made me make my decision on wanting to stay here. I want to be as close as possible to Tournament House to train MMA, jui jitsu, wrestling, Muay Thai, Kickboxing as much as possible. If you want to challenge yourself, this is the place to do it!!!! I’ve been coming for close to a year and it’s awesome to always have a smiling face greet me and my wife any time of day when we come in. The different MMA classes are fantastic and there’s always machines or weight racks available when working out. The crew working there really feels like family, not some random gym workers

I love it here. people are here to workout and take their classes and that’s it. everyone is super nice, the employees are super down to earth and very normal people. if you’re coming here expecting a service from a chain you’re coming to the wrong place. this is a local gym with local people. they don’t have time for ego lifters or people seeking attention.

This gym is by far one of the best businesses I have ever visited. The atmosphere is great, the staff welcoming, and the owner is the kindest person you'll ever meet. The gym offers a variety of services from martial arts, weight lifting, and even a sauna. I have been coming here for years and plan to continue going to this gym for years to come.

I just started looking for a gym to learn Muy Thai. I met Matt Curl yesterday on a whim when I stopped by after hours to get an idea of the gyms location. There was only one truck in the parking lot on a late Saturday afternoon. It was Matt and his two young boys. Matt was doing some clean up work inside the gym. This man stopped what he was working on and took the time to answer all of my question, gave me a tour of the facility, and even slid me a free hat! Matt's hospitality and customer service skills are top notch to say the least. After researching a few different gyms I truly felt at home during that divine meeting. Thank you Matt for taking the time to talk to me and even show me around. Looking forward to getting back into shape while sharpening my blades at the same time! 10/10!! If you’re thinking about signing up here for kickboxing - DO IT! I hate that I waited so long to try this place! I feel so comfortable here and the classes are 90% women - no judgements , everyone goes at their own pace! Matt the owner is very welcoming! All the coaches are great! So happy I signed up! My new favorite gym in Riverside. It's an older place and the owner is still recovering from the pandemic closures. Still, this is my kinda place. Very quietUpdate: Been here over a year now. Still a great gym. So glad they're here.
