Very glad we found Kitchen Design Center, and had them do a lot of things in our house, not just the Kitchen. We used KDC to renovate our Kitchen, Master Bathroom, and fix some other issues around the house that involved tiling, plumbing, drywall, etc. We first started with KDC on the kitchen, where we had them install all new countertops, and replace our cabinets, basically a whole kitchen renovation. They handled everything and had people for plumbing, tiling, painting, electrical. Everything was handled for us with minimal involvement other than picking out materials. It was one of the easiest experiences where we picked out what we wanted in their showroom and had their project manager coming to the house to review progress on a consistent basis. With how smoothly the kitchen went, we had KDC fix our guest bathroom where things went just as smooth, and then do a whole renovation of the master bathroom. Similarly, we picked out all of the materials in their showroom and the results were amazing. The quality and craftsmanship is very detailed, with new cabinets, tiling, moving different fixtures to new locations, and installation of everything flawlessly. They even alerted us to a cheaper countertop option that still met our needs. All in all, it seems like KDC worked on half the house and did some in a timely and expert way. We've recommended them to friends and happy to do so for others. It was refreshing trusting someone to do a great job with minimal supervision and we're thrilled with the results.

So pleased with new kitchen renovated by Kitchen Design Center! Ray, Selin, and Sarah made the process painless and efficient. The team took their time with our design and materials selection and we never felt rushed or pressured. We did a gut rehab of our 1980s kitchen and extended into a repurposed breakfast room. They completed the project ahead of schedule and stayed within budget. We had a few extra costs due to some hidden conditions but, the team addressed them on the fly. Selin did a great job of communicating throughout the project and kept us informed of what was next. We had very few minor items on the punch list which were addressed promptly. Would wholeheartedly recommend KDC!

Twice uninstallation and Three times installation because of unlevelled bottom cabinets. It took 3 months to get everything completed instead of 5 weeks they originally said. What made me upset was the owner's attitude about the own mistakes. I ordered slap custom design cabinets. The bottom cabinet design came out wrong but they said nobody remembered that conversation and asked me if I have any written proof even though it has been confirmed multiple times by both people in charge of that. The wall cabinet finishing was bad so I had to replace 5 out of 6. We found out that the sink side cabinets are unleveled when a technician who came for the kitchen appliances setup told me that. Countertop, faucet, sink, and dishwasher had been installed. The owner never said sorry about their mistakes. He argued with me, saying "I have to understand this field". I paid professionals to do the job correctly on time. They messed up because nobody checked the leveling which is the most basic process when you install kitchen cabinets. They sent guys to fix that and failed after spending 5 hours. Other guys came in and re-installed the entire section leaving such cheap and clumsy finishing.
