J did a great job on Training my dog Smoky, but the only thing is that he was used to pan in his crate. So now he’s back home and he doing the same thing paying by my other dog as well as in his cage and he never done that but overall good job.

This is the 1st time I have boarded a dog for training. I selected the 4 week program. It was a large investment, but I am happy we did it. Our 6 month old Vizsla came home with the core training that every dog should have. Sammie was a great trainer and enjoyed learning everything from her. I feel that I learned a lot and how to effectively train my dog go forward. If you can afford it, it’s worth the investment.

Heather and the staff took amazing care of my puppy Luna. Luna’s training was amazing, being a really rambunctious puppy, I was curious how much she would actually retain and when the 3 weeks ended she’s well past what expectations I had. I had weekly progress reports and daily updates for her. They also accommodate to my schedule to see her and show me her progress. Would recommend to anyone.

Sammie has been a God send to our family. After a terrible incident with my best boy, Sammie has helped us gain trust again. She has created the best relationship with my boy and is continuing to help my human kids work on their relationship also. Sammie is a 5/5 in my book❤️

Sammie was absolutely amazing with our dog! She helped build her confidence and taught us how to work with her when she gets overly excited and wants to jump on people.She also helped my son feel much more confident working with her. Our Cane Corso is truly a big gentle giant, but her size can definitely be overwhelming. Sammie gave my son the tools and confidence he needed to work with her safely and effectively, which meant so much to us.We would absolutely recommend Sammie and this facility for training or boarding. You can tell they genuinely care about the dogs and treat them like family. We’re so grateful for the patience, knowledge, and care they showed our girl. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! 🐾❤️

Theodore is a very young puppy and was there for two weeks. Loved JJ and their facility. He sent us away with fallow up homework and to do list so I wouldn’t forget what we had learned. You can definitely tell Theo learned a lot and is very receptive.

Wonderful experience!! Communication, the people, and the training itself was amazing with our 4 year old aggressive German shepherd. They have changed his (and our) life in the best way. 10/10 would use them again.

We had a great experience at Proven K9. I was updated several times a week on Charm’s progress. Also very quick responses to my texts and emails when I had questions or concerns. Very clean environment. Sammie, Charm’s trainer, did an amazing job training Charm. Everything we wanted to accomplish we did. And I have the resources to continue training at home. Charm is a long haired yorkie and Sammie went above and beyond keeping her groomed and clean. Charm formed a bond very quickly with Sammie and that helped me feel that I had made the right choice. Highly recommend them.

We are so impressed with the training Sammie provided for our 6 mth old lab puppy. He was pushing all of the boundaries when we dropped him off, when we picked him up, he had an amazing foundation of sit, place, implied stay and heal for us to now build on at home. Sammie loved on our boy while he was there & was so patient in teaching him & in answering all of our questions. She continues to provide support for us even after we've brought him home. Proven K9 has been invaluable to us as we learn how to train our super energetic puppy.

The owners and trainers are AWESOME!!!!! Besides being very knowledgeable and experienced in dog training they are friendly, compassionate, and kind. These are people who feel like family. They run a very efficient business and treat your dog like their own. They trained our Golden Retriever to be a service dog for my visually impaired husband. She has been everywhere from the grocery store to doctors offices to school events and behaves beautifully. She even is welcome at the hair salon. We are so proud of her training. When people ask about her we say Proven K-9 did it and Lily is a proven service dog and friend. We can’t say enough good things about this excellent team

We are so impressed with the results of our 2 week board and train for our bernedoodle puppy. Our main goals were to address her jumping and ability to settle, both of which she shown amazing progress. Sammie, our trainer, was fantastic. She emailed often with updates and pictures, and answered all of my questions. Our entire family attended the final session to learn how to continue her training at home. Sammie was incredibly patient and I could immediately tell our puppy developed a bond with her during the training. 100% will recommend them to our friends!

PROVEN K9 training in Amarillo was truly a great experience for my family. Fenrys, our precocious and stubborn golden/springer mix needed structure and groundwork we weren't able to get started. PROVEN K9 did a 6 week board and train for our pup. It was amazing. We were able to visit for our own training with him and Heather, his trainer, took him everywhere helping his budding reactivity.Even more important, we have a special needs daughter that requires nursing care and many therapies. With people coming in and out of our home, Fenrys desperately needed proper training to provide a safe, interactive atmosphere for both dog and humans. Heather came and practiced during busy times at our house, giving Fenrys and our nurse the confidence they need to have a great day every day!He now has the foundation for us to pick up with routine daily work that we can succeed at. Heather is particularly good at training the dog for their personality and the needs of the home rather than a cookie cutter approach.With the lifetime support we feel great about moving forward with Fenrys an active participant in the family. JJ and Sammie showed so much love to our doggy! They have taken time to help her with reactions, leash manners, and learning to listen. Mostly, they took the time to teach us what our pup needs in order to succeed. We are thankful to Proven K9, the trainers, kennel techs who took care of our pup, and Tara for helping the facility run smoothly and safely for her! Our pup was safe and taken great care of in her 8 week stay. She was also extremely loved on while at the facility and we got photos and updates! JJ and Sammie spent so much quality time teaching what was needed and we are thankful for finding them after losing faith that someone could help our pup. Proven K9 IS WORTH IT, especially if you are looking for a modification plan and not just obedience! Don't lose hope! This place is a gift from God!
