Silverton built our house 19 years ago in point venture that we recently sold due to our family growing. It was built with care and stability. Due to the home’s structural condition integrity, it sold in 30 days.Even after several years if I had a problem they came and repaired it. It's nerve wracking and feels risky to trust a home builder, especially with all the horror stories of builders who take advantage of their clients and produce shoddy work.Never once did we feel that any team member at Silverton was trying to pull the wool over our eyes. They were clear, honest, gracious, patient, flexible, kind, and acted with integrity the entire way through. There were little hiccups here and there (as one should expect with any build), but those were handled quickly and professionally.
