I just recently transferred from New Bedford dentistry and braces for my children . Once here my children got the adequate care they needed ! Staff is wonderful, friendly, fast, efficient and empathetic ! I have a child on the spectrum as well and the reassurance they give the kids through the procedure is awesome ! When my little one started with extreme pain in his mouth from cavities, I was TERRIFIED as a High Anexity mother. Doctor Park, the hygienists and Shay truly care about their jobs and are passionate about improving our childrens dental health. My son loves going to the pink door even though he has had a tooth pulled while awake. He left with zero trauma which was incredible. They made us feel so welcomed and cared for. I did leave a bad review before because of their phone system and I noticed that some others are becoming frustrated with their phone issues as well. When Shay saw my bad review she called me right away started actively working on that issue and was really understanding of my frustration. I ended up coming into the office and talking to her about my issue and left as a happy mom. Doctor Park, please give your girl Shay a new phone system because a lot of clients are giving you guys bad reviews because of that issue and those bad reviews are not a true representation of who you guys are as professionals! What a lovely little place! It was my daughter’s first time going to the dentist so she was a bit apprehensive at first. Dr. Park helped both her and I feel safe and welcome. She was very quick with the cleaning and very friendly. The whole place is friendly and inviting. Staff are very respectful and polite. Would recommend! Less
