Sorry for the long review, I never even leave reviews but I have to share this for anyone considering going to Pink Door. Me & my 2 children went to our 1st visit at pink door a few days ago & HOLY COW! I actually almost teared up when leaving bc I FINALLY found an office that cares & makes us feel comfortable. Both my kids have behavior issues related to autism. I've been to COUNTLESS offices w. no success. I was either made to feel embarrassed, get dirty looks or comments from staff and many more horrible, horrible past experiences. But Pink Door was unbelievably understanding, helpful & kind from the 1st time I called to the moment I walked in. The African American lady at the front desk noticed me getting overwhelmed & embarrassed and close to just leaving but she came over and sat next to me to talk w. me a little and reassure me not to worry, gave me some water, talked to my boys for a bit & let them pick a Netflix show and it calmed them right down! UNBELIEVABLE. No other office went out of their way to show compassion like that. <3 Dr. Park & her assistant, an older woman, were just PHENOMENAL. I cant even believe how well they handled my boys. They were open & honest about additional work to be done without making me feel like a bad mother as other offices have done and gave me great tips to use at home. Thank you ladies. If I could give 10 stars, I would. <3 Also, plenty of parking, cute inside They had a couple of toys but it does have that cold, doctors office feel to it a bit. It could feel a bit more warmer & welcoming or fun and kid friendly w. more activity choices to keep the kids busy I suppose. But the office was very, very clean but also very cold. hahaha. Other than those minor things. I had an excellent experience. My brother in law is also leaving a review about his experience since they are also patients. Mom of 3 middle child has ASD! We moved to pink door from another dentist. Best choice I made. The first appointment was crazy for me 3 kids all at the same time. But the staff was amazing getting us in and out, without feeling rushed or unheard. Concerns where met and talked about clearly and directly. When my oldest needed a filling, she was in pain during it and once it was voiced they stopped to sooth her. My kids left there cleanings with a smile. My ASD child went back with the hygienist with ease and came out with a toothbrush and a smile, as a special needs mom a place where your kids happy and feels safe is important. They talked clear and direct to her to help her understand the importance of brushing.. it was amazing for her to enjoy it. They had games and stuff to do as we waited, wait time was due to having multiple appointments at once. It was just such a nice experience over all. Less

First visit with our almost 2 year old & first SUCCESSFUL visit with our very medically traumatized 5 year old. WHAT PROS at Pink Door! My kids didn’t cry or scream because this team knows what they are doing. They had tricks and strategies ready to go to calm and reassure the kids. My kids left saying they can’t wait to go back (???). So happy we found them! Less

My two children are both new patients here. They LOVED it!! Got them both booked together and it was a simple and fast process. Waiting time was less than 2 minutes.
