I dropped in for 2 classes while in town for work. I could tell right off the bat that this gym is special. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. The coaches explained the workout and movements before even hitting the floor. The workouts were challenging, and the coaches did a great job of offering scaled options depending on skill level. They were always moving around the gym offering encouragement and checking form. I really enjoyed my drop in classes and look forward to coming into town again.

I started CrossFit about 3 months ago at the age of 58. Beaumont CrossFit was amazing introducing to the program. They helped me in every way my journey has been a rough one at times but with the great coaches and conditioning they offer and the knowledge of what they do really is amazing. Thanks to all.

Crossfit Beaumont has an amazing strength and conditioning program, as well as knowledgeable coaches on staff. the coaches are very welcoming, personable and able to tailor any work out for any individual athlete.
