Bianca is the most patient person… after being in a 3.5 year Cancer journey she has been nothing but supportive, encouraging, adaptive and flexible in her training style. She pushes me and I push her, with my crazy ideas that I can /want to do more than I actually can. CrossFit Proficient is not just a gym it’s a community and family. I wouldn’t train anywhere else.

The coaches are all fantastic! They take the time to go through everything, adjust exercises for you as needed and are super supportive. I haven't felt any pressure to do anything beyond what im capable of. They're super approachable and welcoming. I was anxious to start but am so glad I joined!
