CrossFit proficient for kids program is a great introduction for children to learn about how to look after their body and develop strength. Bianca is patient and runs a program that has a good balance between play based learning and teaching skills for strength. Our children always come home excited to share what they did. I always had such an amazing experience at CrossFit Proficient prior to my pregnancy. So it only made sense to sign up for the Mums and Bubs program when my baby was only a few months old.The program focused on all aspects of getting back into fitness, including pelvic floor and core work. As well as full body strength and cardio workouts. The program was also completely baby friendly, so I could tend to all my babies needs comfortably and get back into the workout when we were ready.I didn't realise how much my core strength especially had changed since giving birth, and this allowed me to get my body ready for training like I did before.I highly recommend this for any mums, whether you have just had a baby or have a young child or multiple children.
