Spent approximately $900 for gray transitioning. Still not the color I had hoped. Really great atmosphere and cool salon, though. Dear Cha Cha person/owner, I was aware of the pricing. The cost was not an issue if the result was what I had asked for, plus, I hadn’t had my hair colored for almost 10 months prior to my consultation. I didn’t do box color, either, it was all done professionally. My hair was grayer prior to my appointments. The toners have literally not stayed on my hair after just one wash. I am in LOVE with my hair. I went to Taylor and could not be happier. Prior to my cut, it had been 10 years since my hair had touched scissors. It was very, very long, but damaged on the ends, and I was tired of it. I came in with an idea and she made it so much better!! I seriously keep staring at it in the mirror. I feel beautiful, which is a feeling I didn't get often before. My confidence is so much improved! She even showed me which products to use, how to apply them, and more. I was visiting from out of town for a special event, and I scheduled an appointment for myself and my friend. T cut and styled my hair, and I absolutely love (LOVE!) it. I requested a brand new curly style, and I knew it was a gamble to go to someone who did not know me or my hair. I am absolutely thrilled with the results, and I have received so many compliments in just a couple days. T also gave me great advice about growing out my color and product advice too.
