Such an awesome place! I went after not going into a salon for about 10 years and I had the best experience! I had my hair cut by Jessica Brewster and I cannot recommend her enough. I didn't know exactly what I wanted and was not able to give her specifics, however she took what little details I could give her and gave me the best haircut I've ever had! She was very specific about how much length I wanted off and checked in throughout the entire process to make sure nothing happened that I wasn't okay with. She took extra time to explain what she was doing, how it would look, and how to style it which was so helpful for how hopeless I am with hair! The environment at Cha Cha's and every employee I interacted with was top notch and I cannot recommend them enough. I will 100% be back to Jessica and Cha Cha's for my next haircut! Less

This was my 1st visit to Cha Cha’s. Jessica was very nice, personable, and focused on understanding what I expected and wanted as far as hair cut and color. She took as much time as needed to ensure she understood. And she continued to check in with me through the process to make sure I was comfortable and understood what was happening and about to happen.
