What can I say? We were completely satisfied and can’t say enough good things about Funtastic Party Rentals. They were so flexible with us, even though our daughter’s birthday was in what I assume must be a demanding month for them - October! And we didn’t even give them a full weeks notice. We had a wonderful experience with Funtastic Party Rentals, and I will definitely be ordering from them again for our next celebration. I rented the Rainbow Castle Combo Wet & Dry for my daughter’s third birthday party and the bounce house itself was exceptional. The material was high-quality and durable; the colors were vibrant and it was clean. Kids aged two to ten had a blast bouncing and going down the slide for hours. Multiple other parents asked me where I rented it from, and remarked that it was the best bounce house they had seen all summer. The company was responsive to all of my questions and they made the delivery/pickup and setup process a breeze. While other companies I contacted had my head spinning about size and weight and pickup times and return times, Funtastic Party Rentals took care of it all so I could plan the rest of the party and enjoy the event on the day of.
