It is truly refreshing when you are mentored by people that really care about the those that are under their care. For some it maybe just about the money or getting recognized as a leader in their field or industry, and although I image both of those things are important to Eric Sablan, as it is should be, not just to him but to all of us, you would never know it with Eric, because for him, nothing is too much trouble. Even though his time is valuable, he is always willing to give that little bit extra of himself, making you feel that you are great even before you have achieved your greatness. Rather than looking at his watch, he looks at his students, study's them, and spends extra time with them so long as they are committed and ready to be held accountable for our responsibilities and commitment to being taught, backing it up with action. He grooms students into becoming leaders in such a way that the transformation could be missed if it weren’t for the fact that when you leave one of his calls you feel that the world really is your oyster, and you have the confidence to go crush it…⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
