Owner, Andrew has done an exceptional job making his gym standout. He and Coach Mark go above and beyond to make sure you are meeting your goals and openly give advice or tips while doing workouts to perfect them. They have established a competitive atmosphere in which you want to come back every time and give it your best. Staff and members are fun to be around and you get that sense of family being there, making each experience feel whole. So if you’re “bored” at your regular gym, come check this place out!!

This is a great place to be. The gym, equipment, coaches... all professional level. But what makes this place special are the supportive and encouraging people. There's a great sense of community here, where you feel like you're a part something special. CrossFit and Hyrox is for everyone. You can scale the workouts to your level, then watch yourself grow! I love both the physical and mental lift I get from being here. Come be the best version of yourself. You'll always be glad you did!

Andrew is super welcoming and encouraging! He easily adjusts things to fit the level you are at, while still pushing you to do the best you can. I would highly recommend CrossFit and Andrew!

I’ve been going here with my twin and little sister three days a week for over a month now, and as someone who never properly worked out before, this is very welcoming. Not only are there workouts that can really test you, but the leaders are very encouraging and know what exercises/weights you should begin with before increasing them. It may only last an hour, but it makes the most of it with a large variety of drills (bars, stretches, runs, rows, handstands, etc.) to do. There hasn’t been a single repeated set I’ve encountered, and I’m sure there’s still more to do. Highly recommend if you want to go somewhere to stay in shape.

Highly recommend this to even people who’ve never worked out before, I should know, because that’s where I was before I started coming here.I find the atmosphere to be encouraging and uplifting, mainly from the main instructor Andrew, being extremely helpful with the workouts.I also find the workouts themselves to be very flexible with what you can and can’t do, it gives you the freedom to choose your level, which always encourages you to do your best for the workouts. The workouts themselves vary from working on your legs, chest, shoulders, and arms. Several times I woke up the next day with some parts of my body sore, which is all that I can ask for from a workout.

This gym is fantastic. Andrew and the entire team of trainers are kind and informative, but more importantly to me, disciplined and hold standards for the members. I’ve been training for less than two months and the results are there. An active body quiets the mind. Life changing stuff.

★★★★★Great gym with awesome coaching. The facility is clean, organized, and you can tell they genuinely care about setting you up for success. Definitely worth the investment if you’re looking for a place to get stronger and improve your CrossFit/Hyrox performance.

Well organized programming & offers a nice balance of different classes of training from CrossFit, Hyrox, Olympic Weightlifting Club, and a Run club to top it off. Coaches are encouraging and motivating towards excellence in fitness. The gym is the cleanest and nicest I’ve ever encountered. It’s an absolutely amazing place if you want to challenge yourself to get better each day. All levels of fitness are welcomed and workouts are scaled accordingly to meet your needs. Highly recommended and bring a friend or two, you won’t regret it.

The coaches are excellent, personalizing queues and modifications to meet each persons goals and needs. Amazing atmosphere at CrossFit Redeemed! It’s a place where you can push your limits and become the best version of yourself with the support of everyone around you. Could not have done my first HYROX without this place!

Gym owner Andrew was awesome with communication before I even arrived. When I arrived I was greeted by the wonderful gym poodle and Andrew. Gym was clean, spacious and very bright! Class was well taught with solid demos. Workout was tough but had many different skill levels and scaling options. Group didn’t talk much, but one woman and were laughing & dying at the end due to trying to keep up with one another. Solid gym, worth the visit!

I’ve been dropping into CrossFit Redeemed for the past year now when I’m traveling. The staff and coaches are all super knowledgeable and the members have been more than welcoming. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town!

I cannot say enough about CrossFit Redeemed on how instrumental they've been in helping me train for my first HYROX. While I'm only able to attend once or twice per week, their structured programming is top-notch and fully prepared me for my first HYROX in New York City, where, against all the terrible factors in play, like weather, I was able to put up a time that I really respected. Not only that, but the community was there to cheer me on every step of the way. That is the type of environment that I look for when picking a workout gym. As a personal trainer myself, I recognize my limitations and seek out fitness partners like CrossFit Redeemed to help me reach the next level. I'm so excited to continue training with them and to beat my time in Toronto with this amazing group in October.

Having been away from CF for a few years, I did a drop in here in February and immediately signed up. Andrew is an amazing coach and being an older athlete all work outs have been more than suitable for me to enjoy CF again. Clean facility, bright and airy I always look forward to going. Also accommodates all levels of athlete from novice to competitive

The best professional staff, the gym is extremely clean, and the energy from Andrew and his coaches are always top notch. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to start their CrossFit journey or anyone looking to step it up a notch in their overall health. Andrew and his staff take pride in delivering proper technique and proper movement concepts to promote a safe CrossFit experience modifying to all levels. My wife and I have been going to Redeemed for the past 3 years and couldn’t be happier with our workout experience and the community we have met working out at Redeemed.

I was looking for a place that would push me light a fire in me to show up and have fun while working out. .CrossFit Redeemed did exactly that.CrossFit Redeemed is the kind of place you feel welcomed the second you walk in—like-minded people all putting in the work. Whether you’re brand new or experienced, the coaches meet you where you’re at, dial in your form, and guide you through workouts that challenge you while building strength and confidence. The community is what really sets it apart. People show up for each other, celebrate the small wins, and make you feel like you belong. The workouts will absolutely push you—in the best way—and you leave feeling stronger every single time. It’s clean, organized, high-energy… and honestly, it just makes you want to keep coming back.

I highly recommend trying out a class! Amazing workout and great people!

I joined CrossFit a few months ago with no prior experience and it was such a great decision. Everyone is very welcoming, encouraging and willing to help. They offer 3 different classes: CrossFit, Weightlifting and Hyrox, You can’t go wrong with any of them. All 3 are great classes with great coaches! They take the time to explain the workout and help/give feedback throughout class, and sometimes workouts with the class. The coaches prioritize technique and will help you until your form is sufficient for the exercise. Great gym and community to be apart of!

This CrossFit gym deserves the highest marks. From the moment you walk in, the staff is welcoming and genuinely friendly, creating an environment that makes you want to come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get fitter and be part of something positive.

I joined CrossFit Redeemed a few months ago, and it has been one of the best decisions I’ve made in a long time. I’ve always been passionate about fitness and health, but the idea of trying something outside my comfort zone—like Olympic lifts—kept me hesitant. After joining, I quickly realized there was nothing to worry about.Andrew, the head coach and owner, is incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and motivating. He takes the time to ensure you understand proper technique and builds a strong foundation from day one.Beyond the coaching, the atmosphere is truly exceptional. Everyone is welcoming, supportive, and constantly encouraging one another. It genuinely feels like a family, and I only wish I had joined sooner.

Love this place! Whipped me into Hyrox fighting shape with intentional programming, creative & effective partner workouts, and an incredibly supportive community.

2026-03-21T19:28:30.860Z

Took my very first Hyrox class at CrossFit Redeemed without any experience and it was the best decision I made! I genuinely look forward to every week! Everyone was so welcoming and encouraging and coach Andrew took the time to teach new techniques. The coaches walk through the exercises and are right there completing the workouts with you. It has been an incredible feeling to become part of a community where the coach's and member want you to be your best!

I dropped into CrossFit Redeemed while visiting family back home in Buffalo. This is definitely a much more clean, organized and structured CrossFit gym, which can be extremely hard to find. Andrew, the owner, coached our Friday class. He leads the class while catering to all skill levels, whether it’s day 1 for you or year 10. The programming is great and it’s all around a very inviting/inclusive gym. If this is your first CrossFit gym, your 10th, or you’re looking to drop in like me, CrossFit Redeemed can absolutely meet you where your skill level and goals are at. Will definitely be using this gym whenever I come back to my hometown!!

2026-03-21T19:07:12.610Z

One of the best communities I’m so grateful to have found!

2026-03-12T13:51:14.355Z

I have loved going to CrossFit Redeemed! It is a quality gym with clean and new equipment. Andrew is so engaged and knowledgeable about all things CrossFit! I never feel silly asking a question about my form or what weights to use. He is also very positive throughout the whole workout! I really enjoy my time there, and I will continue to train there.

2026-02-12T18:12:47.667Z

I’m relatively new to CrossFit but Andrew, the owner, and other coaches are always incredibly welcoming and able to scale workouts to my fitness level/interests. I prefer running to biking for Hyrox training and my request is always accommodated! Proper lifting form is something that has always made me uneasy about CrossFit but this gym really emphasizes good form and technique so I’m never worried. The other gym members are also polite, encouraging, and friendly, which is another reason to keep coming back! Also the facility is very clean!!
