I found the strength I was looking for when I joined this gym. The coaches and the owners push you to become the best version of yourself. I joined Crossfit Dyr for the 6 week body transformation program and lost 20 lbs and gained muscle by following their healthy diet guide and attending 3 classes a week. Great Gym and Friendly staff had Plenty of weights and space on the rig for me to complete my workouts. James was easy to schedule with and it was nice to have the gym more or less to myself. I will definitely be coming back here when I am in area to drop in again.

Great coaches, good workouts with lots of variety. Definitely recommend for an encouraging community with solid options for scaled workouts. Recommended for one on one PT, for a lot of strength building.

This gym is amazing. Everyone is so welcoming, and they provide great instruction. I’ve been going for almost 2 months now, Monday thru Friday. The app they use is very easy to reserve classes, shows the workout of the day, shows who is attending, and you can put your personal bests in. James and Sheri are always so supportive and provide individual attention to all who attend class. If I look a bit confused or doing something wrong, they are right there to help me correct it. Besides the owners, the trainers who work there do the same. In all honestly, the entire CrossFit Dyr family (staff and members) does the same. I have never felt more welcomed and more supported at any other gym facility. The registration was very easy, straightforward, and detailed; explaining what was included. I feel incredibly lucky to have found a fitness community, filled with all levels of athletes, that encourage each other to do their best! Less

After losing a gym I loved dearly CrossFit Dyr came into my life and I couldn’t recommend them enough. The workouts kick my butt in the best possible way and the community was warm and welcoming. Happy to have found my new fit fam here at Dyr.

Every time I have a class, I always leave with a sense of accomplishment. Sheri (trainer) motivates you to finish the workout and makes sure the weight is appropriate ability or skill level. 10/10 always have a good time working out

Amazing coaching from all of the coaches. Always a fun atmosphere. Any level of athleticism can join, they are good at structuring the workout to whatever you can/cannot do. Such a high level or energy during the workouts to keep you going during the toughest workouts!!

CrossFit dyr was the best decision I made while traveling in the area. I felt very welcomed when walking through the door. If you’re looking to join because you live in the area or traveling, try them out I doubt you’ll disappointed!

I went last night to check out Crossfit Dyr. the coaches were attentative providing slight tweeks to form during the WOD. The equipment is top notch in that it is Rogue. They have spared no expense on the equipment for a brand new box.

The warm up before the work out of the day was a free yoga session of stretching, etc. to get us started....how cool was that! I am new to crossfit and the days workout was a team pairing. I was with an individual who has never done this before and the coaches made certain that anyone on the floor who was new got individual attention before (setting them up and showing them the routine) and throughout the workout to ensure they were ok, doing everything properly (to their personal ability) while encouraging and supporting everyone (some 20+ people). It was Amazing and I was very impressed. There was even a celebration after the workout with free pizzas and beverages.
