This CrossFit Box is top notch! The coaches are very knowledgeable and supportive to all levels of fitness and are able to help scale the movements and weight accordingly. It has been an amazing experience becoming a part of this family. I have been working out here for 8 weeks now and have had nothing but a positive experience. Highly recommend joining!

The space was incredible. It was clean and spacious and the instructor, Jay, was kind, funny and very knowledgeable. The music was great too. I travel and always go to the local CrossFit gym and this one was one of the best even knowing I was just dropping in.

I love the workouts, because the instructor care deeply about how you are doing, and they motivate you to do the most you possibly can! You feel great afterwards.

My first CrossFit gym. Couldn't ask for better coaches! Everyone is very friendly and supportive.*Update January 2025 - Been a member for over a year now and the gym has grown (bigger space, new equipment, sauna, etc...). The owners and coaches keep things interesting with goals and activities. I highly recommend dropping in and trying a class. If you stick with it, you will be hooked.*Update January 2026 - I feel like this place is my second home. Has honestly changed my life. Gotten me through tough times. Not just the physical benefits but the coaches and class members as well.

I joined Crossfit Dyr for the 6 week body transformation program and lost 20 lbs and gained muscle by following their healthy diet guide and attending 3 classes a week. I love the varied workouts that never get boring and work different muscles. The coaches help you lift safely and effeciently as well as encourage you to reach your potential.Update!- 1 and a half years later I'm still loving the varied workouts and the people at the gym! Now it's expanded space also has an open gym to get a workout in anytime.Update 2 1/2 years in and committed to the Crossfit classes and using Open gym with even more equiptment now and a Sauna!!

Love this gym! It can sometimes be intimidating trying out new gyms especially with CrossFit, but not at this gym! Everyone is kind and the coaches are all knowledgeable and genuinely care! Equipment is in excellent condition and the place is kept clean and organized. I’ve improved the most in CrossFit at this gym more than any other gym I’ve been to!

Best CrossFit in the area!James and Sherry (owners) are friendly and very knowledgeable! All the coaches are very good as well, always happy for any class!The gym is very spacious with and it has CF and a regular gym to meet any needs.One thing I love is that their bathroom is extremely clean! If a business ‘ bathroom is clean then the rest of the business is taken cared of.The Sauna is one of the best things added! They truly care about their members. Highly recommend this gym!

I've been a member for three years and the gym continues to get better with more cardio equipment. weights and a fabulous sauna! The coaches are absolutely wonderful and help everyone reach their goals with both fitness and nutrition. If I could give more stars, I would! Th space is amazing with lots of equipment. The 24/7 access is great. Everyone is so friendly and it's a wonderful community!! It is the best part of my day!

Friendly coaches who listen. Body changing classes but if you want body building…they have that too. Clean facilities open 7x24 with cell access key. Very good value.
