CrossFit Dyr is great.Super welcoming and friendly. The coaches will scale down and modify so you are successful. The have plans to expand in the fall to have more traditional gym amenities also. The 6-week challenge they offer is a great introduction to Dyr.

This was my first experience with CrossFit and all the coaches were very nice and informative. The community is great and all the sessions were tough but doable. It was great to exercise in a different way and I loved the sense of accomplishment after each session!

I found the strength I was looking for when I joined this gym. The coaches and the owners push you to become the best version of yourself. I am happy to be part of this CrossFit community knowing that they have my back and they want to see me lifting more weight than I think I can lift, because they know I can.

Great environment for beginners or people who have been doing CrossFit for a long time. They definitely make CrossFit less intimidating than other gyms, they are into adaptability especially for injuries or beginners, or if your like me and are both. I joined Crossfit Dyr for the 6 week body transformation program and lost 20 lbs and gained muscle by following their healthy diet guide and attending 3 classes a week. This gym and program is great. I wasn't seeing the results I wanted from the purple budget gym because I needed a plan and coaching. I'm getting it at Dyr. Back then it was hard for me to find enough motivation to go to the gym because I absolutely hated working out. I was someone who was intimidated by CrossFit because it looked beyond overwhelming and difficult. Even though I felt the way I did, I still decided to make the switch from personal training to CrossFit in July 2022. Switching over was honestly the best decision I’ve made for my mental & physical health. The owners Sheri & James, along with the other coaches always make me feel so welcomed every-time I go. Great Gym and Friendly staff had Plenty of weights and space on the rig for me to complete my workouts. James was easy to schedule with and it was nice to have the gym more or less to myself. I will definitely be coming back here when I am in area to drop in again.

James and Sheri are always so supportive and provide individual attention to all who attend class. If I look a bit confused or doing something wrong, they are right there to help me correct it. I have never felt more welcomed and more supported at any other gym facility. The registration was very easy, straightforward, and detailed; explaining what was included. Amazing coaching from all of the coaches. Always a fun atmosphere. Any level of athleticism can join, they are good at structuring the workout to whatever you can/cannot do. Such a high level or energy during the workouts to keep you going during the toughest workouts!!

The warm up before the work out of the day was a free yoga session of stretching, etc. to get us started....how cool was that! I am new to crossfit and the days workout was a team pairing. I was with an individual who has never done this before and the coaches made certain that anyone on the floor who was new got individual attention before (setting them up and showing them the routine) and throughout the workout to ensure they were ok, doing everything properly (to their personal ability) while encouraging and supporting everyone (some 20+ people). It was Amazing and I was very impressed. There was even a celebration after the workout with free pizzas and beverages.
