I have a 2001 Lexus with over 300k miles on it, and Dylan was extremely knowledgeable about the car and was able to identify the alternator being an issue, along with the probable cause. My vehicle broke down in a very difficult place. DK Auto and Towing arrived in 20 minutes and extracted the vehicle with no problem. All the auto shops I called while waiting for the tow were booked 2 weeks out and didn't want my business. DK Auto and Towing had my problem repaired in 2 days for much less money than I expected.

These are the things I loved about my dealing with DK auto: He told me how much it will cost upfront, informed me when he will get there, gave me a ride to the dealership and expertly parked the towed vehicle between other vehicles.

Professional and accommodating. I called because I was unable to start my Tahoe, I thought it needed to be towed in. Dillon, the worker that came to help was able to work some magic and get her started. Even though he came out with the tow-truck I was only charged for the jump-start, very understanding and professional all around, I will be coming back to DK Auto for any future problems.

With a few working hours left on a Friday my work van's radiator hose burst while working at a client two hours from my home, Dylan was able to tow my van and make the necessary repairs in a timely and professional manner. I was happy and my van was repaired. Great attitude, fair price.

David was so great! My car broke down in Columbus and I called him early in the morning. He responded quickly and towed my car that day and kept frequent and honest communication about what was wrong with my vehicle.
