Luckily, Andy from Schar was able to fit me into his schedule! I ended up remodeling the majority of the interior; including my kitchen and master bathroom. Andy was able to help me make all of my design requests possible. His suggestions how to make what I wanted doable were AWESOME! My niece visited soon after Andy was finished and remarked that, “it doesn’t even look like the same house!” I am so pleased with the results! My previously dated house now looks amazing. We would give them more if the scale went higher. Right from the first meeting, Andy Hill and Jason Schar were professional and personable. Andy took the lead of our remodel and was extremely organized, addressing all details and communicated timely and fully. It was obvious that Schar only collaborates with the best in the business when it comes to subcontracting all the needed crews. The workers were clean cut and spoke professionally and expertly. Years of combined experience enabled the teams to problem solve in the moment. Schar has a great relationship with our Architect, Steve Anderson of SAR so that helped with how smoothly everything went too. We had the utmost confidence in Andy and Jason throughout the project. They always arrived on time and left the house locked. Their red trucks we learned were and welcomed sighting in our neighborhood. When I went into stores to choose needed items and told the clerks who our construction company was, they only had great things to say about Schar Construction. I can honestly say, the project for me was fun and not stressful. They said the project would take 6-9 month and they were done in 6!
