We got the garage flooring done in April 2022 in Aurora. We noticed late fall - early winter the flooring chipping away. We contacted the owner John because we have a lifetime warranty on the flooring. He came inspected and said he will fix it. Again in spring, we contacted John, and he came to inspect and said to mark the areas. So he will come and fix the flooring. We mark and wait l, but he never shows up. Called and texted him several times, and he responds by saying he was busy, and he will fix the flooring, never shows up. Sometimes he responds by saying the weather is not good. Now the flooring is chipping so badly the quality of the flooring is very bad, customer service is ridiculous, they are nice to take the new order, but worst in warranty service. Till today he has not fixed the flooring. We made a mistake by giving John’s reference to our friends. Please be cautious and stay away from garage force service

I just wanted to share my experience with John T. and Garage Force of Naperville. Whenever hiring someone, I do spend some time looking at reviews, and it can impact my decision. We had our floors originally done about 6+ years ago; we hired someone to essentially fix up our garage (walls, floors, etc). The person we used had a non-industrial paint that he used and it looked 'ok' at first, but didn't last more than one year. This is the DIY product you can buy from Home Depot. For years we've wanted to re-do our floors and we came across Garage Force of Naperville and John T. John came out and gave us a very fair estimate. He was also quite accommodating and flexible with dates, and with the amount of work needed to get our three-car garage completed. He and two of his guys worked diligently to prep the garage floor and it came out better than I anticipated. They even did the stairs for us which I thought was a nice touch. I highly suggest giving John T. and Garage Force of Naperville a try, he exceeded our every expectation and was wonderful to deal with.
