what a fantastic gym. i stopped in while traveling. coaching was great, cues were great, and the community was great. will be back next time i visit

Amazing people, amazing gym. Everyone has always been very welcoming and supportive. I started with CrossFit Kohen 3 years ago. From not being able to pick up a barbell to now competing in competitions. I will be forever grateful for them.

I love CrossFit Kohen! First, I really love the fact that it’s a faith based gym. The community they have built up is really encouraging and fun. The culture they’ve set in place inspires you to be better and push yourself.I highly recommend it!

Loved my experience here! I hadn't worked out in so long and they were able to meet me where I was at. Had a good and effective work out. They have a fun and awesome community as well!
