We've had extensive water damage in two separate occasions in the recent past (ceiling flooding, fridge leaking) and the team at San Antonio Water Damage & Restoration have been very responsive, friendly, and fast to work with both times. They worked with our insurance adjuster directly and talked me through their process each time. Joshua the team leader was always easy to communicate with, and Mark the Manager worked to fit us in very quickly each time. I hope I don't have to see them again in the future for obvious reasons, but if I do experience flooding again I'll definitely call them up.

I was so impressed with San Antonio Water Damage & Restoration the work ethic of the team that helped us! Starting with Mark, who set things up and gave us a fair quote, a veteran discount, and when he said they would take care of us, THEY DID! The site manager, Javier, was caring, listened, and worked hard. His crew were courteous, polite, helpful, considerate of belongings, and worked VERY hard on every project they encountered. They attacked huge tasks with abandon, and made extra efforts to clean, sanitize, and advise as they went along. I could not have been happier! They are miracle workers in my opinion.

I expected better results after paying the quoted price. Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations, and the overall value for money was disappointing.

We live in an older home with original lath and plaster walls and antique built-ins, so when a pipe burst in the upstairs hallway, I was terrified a "standard" restoration would wipe out the character of our house. San Antonio Water Damage & Restoration was incredibly respectful of our property. They used specialty drying injections and moisture probes to save the original woodwork without tearing anything out. They treated our home like a historic artifact, not a construction site. Truly professional and meticulous craftsmen.

A pipe burst under our sink on a Sunday night and water was running into the hallway before we even noticed. Called San Antonio Water Damage & Restoration and they were at our place in about 45 minutes, just like they said. The techs shut everything down, got the water extraction going, and checked the walls with meters to make sure nothing was missed. They explained the drying process and followed up a few days later to confirm the moisture levels were back to normal. The water damage restoration came out clean and our floors were saved. Glad we didn't wait until morning to call.

Mark did an exceptional job at our house after a flood damage. Even the contractor that will restore the house was impressed by the quality of his work and his attention to detail. Mark is an exceptional communicator, very kind, clever and respectful, and did a meticulous restoration job. He is the ideal person to have around after such a destructive event. He’s clearly very experienced and knows very well how to work with contractors and insurances to avoid any unnecessary burden on homeowners. He even took care daily of our cat while no one else could stay at the house. I highly recommend San Antonio Water Damage & Restoration..
