A pipe burst under our sink on a Sunday night and water was running into the hallway before we even noticed. The techs shut everything down, got the water extraction going, and checked the walls with meters to make sure nothing was missed. They explained the drying process and followed up a few days later to confirm the moisture levels were back to normal. The water damage restoration came out clean and our floors were saved.
