Awesome and welcoming environment, this isn't your average training gym. The best part is that its geared toward helping you learn how to exercise properly and good training habits. Ill definitely be adding a visit to Ace Force in my routine. This was also my first bootcamp fitness training. Less

What Ace has put together here is nothing short of incredible. The dedication, love and enthusiasm for fitness is second to none. Coaches are knowledgeable, motivated and focused to keep you locked in for the full workout and beyond. They hold you accountable, but provide you with all the necessary tools to succeed. Coaches like Ace, Eneida, Tanya, Jolene and Chelsea are some of the best in the business. They push you to be a better you, and best part is, they are just as excited to see your success as you are. Definitely worth checking out if you're looking for something that offers way more than the fitness clubs and classes that are popping up all over Medford. The fact that you have access to accredited coaches (not just personal trainers), a child drop off area, massage room, professional body scanning machine, full size supplement store, AND at a more affordable price than any other group training makes it a no brainer for anyone within driving distance. I’ve been coming to Ace Force One since the beginning of the year. The trainers are motivating and supportive. There are people of all different strengths and levels of health participating together and it’s very motivational. I’ve seen a big change already in just this month. Definitely going to go as long as possible. They’ve also helped me prepare for a physical fitness test. There is a body scanner so you don’t just stress over the numbers on the scale, you get a full picture comparison month to month of the changes in your body.
