After dealing with Mr. Arreola for our roof repairs things began good, we got the inspection started and we received assistance filing our insurance claim, but then Mr. Arreola stopped answering phone calls. The company did no effort to contact us after informing us their employee was no longer working for them. We were left with no repairs and empty promises. I do not recommend this company!

Had a leak on my roof this Sunday morning reached out to Scottie Burns from ASI construction who was recommended by my Aunt. On a Sunday, not oy did he text me back immediately( on a Sunday morning) he came out within 2 hrs . We filled a claim with him and his partners Chris. I called ASI after a recent storm to examine my roof for possible damage, and after informing me that there was none, they were kind enough to clean the gutters. When I tried paying them, they refused payment saying “it was no big deal”. So in my experience Dan Artus and Scotty Burns went above and beyond what I could have expected. I would not hesitate to call ASI back should I need to.

Rarely these days it seems do you run into a company that delivers on everything they say. This company does. I can't express enough how great we were treated by them and the excellent and timely job they did. We dealt with both Scottie and Chris...wonderful guys to deal with and men of their word. On the recommendation of a friend, we decided to do get an estimate from ASI Construction for a Sliding Patio Door install and possible Window installs. They were very up front on costs and ability and time estimates for the job to be completed. They let us know as well which windows would be more difficult as well to complete due to framing issues from the original windows installed. With all this information we were able to make the best decision for us! There was zero pressure or upselling on their parts and politely and professionally answered all our questions. The only issues with scheduling dates were on our HOA and ASI Construction was completely understanding and were able to work with us as we figured out the HOA requirement issues. Once HOA was resolved it was super fast setting up an install date! The installers were completely professional and knowledgeable and were great to work with. They let us know too that the door initially was difficult to move and helped us get a manufacturer appointment (very easy!) to see if it was a defect in the door (not ASI's fault!). Lindsay Window was able to help us out and were very nice and professional as well. ASI Construction absolutely deserves 5/5 stars, I would give more if I could! Their communication was super responsive and quick and were always happy to answer questions. They were in communication with us every step of the way and responses were very fast! I can not say enough great things about this company. I called them by accident. It turned out to be the best accident I have ever had. Chris was the first gentleman I met he came out looked at my roof, he explained the process to me. Asked if I had any questions. Set up everything with my insurance company. The first adjuster (from my insurance company) that was coming to my house called and told me he was gonna be at my house in 10 minutes I wasn’t even home. I immediately called Chris and he answers the phone and I started rambling about what the guy said to me and asked him if he could get to my house to meet with this man? Chris’s response was no I am not able to get there I am at a funeral. Next question I asked him was why did you answer the phone? I’m in panic mode about my roof and your paying your last respects to a loved one and he answers his phone. He says no worries. Told me how to handle the adjuster and by golly it worked. Chris kept in contact with me throughout the process. Chris was at my house at the start of the project and at the end. His supervisor came out as well don’t remember his name (sorry). There was absolutely no problems with the work they did on my home. The workers that did the roof work were very polite. They cleaned up everything I didn’t have to do clean anything up after they were done not one nail, shingle piece nothing. My mortgage company messed everything up with the money. Chris put me in touch with Matt. Him and I was on the phone for a total of 5-6 hours multiple calls in to my mortgage company to fix their error. I know that isn’t time he had to spend with me as they do have other customers but he took the time that was definitely needed to help me get the situation straightened out. Once I received the check back from the mortgage company I call myself tearing it off the check stub part and tore the thing too short tore off the bank numbers... 🤦🏾‍♀️ Matt immediately emailed me. I was like omg I tore the check to short. I got home looked at the stub of the check and sure enough I did it. So now that I messed things up the last thing I wanted to do was speak to my mortgage company again after all the run around we was getting from them. Chris came to pick up the bottom part of the check that I tore off. Matt emailed me and we were both hoping the bank would accept the check since I had tore it wrong. Matt got it done again. I know this is a long review but I can not express how pleased I am with the work and the level of customer service each and every one of them have displayed. They were professional even in the rough times of dealing with my mortgage company. I would highly highly recommend this company if you need any work done on your home that they are able to do. Scottie came by to give me a quote on my garage. I needed new siding and garage door. He was professional and very knowledgeable. Wasn't pushy and took the time to explain the process. He even showed up and called everyday to see how everything was going. Everything went smoothly. The crew put the siding and the door in and It looks amazing! Like a brand new garage. I was given the opportunity to speak to each of the contractors (paint, gutters, siding, roof) prior to doing any work to ensure my satisfaction. Anthony followed up with me every few days for 3-4 months and exemplified a caring, positive attitude, and excellent customer service. One of the best things he did was to work with my adjuster to ensure I received the most coverage possible during the insurance process. This is something, if you're lucky, you'll have to do maybe once in your life, so having a company with expertise that takes care of everything really saved us a lot of time. Sure, after you weed out all the out-of-state storm chasers, most companies will do a decent job, but what I liked most about ASI is that they really acted as our advocate when dealing with our insurance company, and they really respected our time. The associate we worked with, Nick, was friendly and thorough. Nick got up on the roof with our insurance adjuster to make sure everyone was on the same page. When I had questions, Nick answered, often in person. When he said he'd be at my house at 2:00, he was there at 2:00. Nick really respected my time, which is something you don't often see with contractors. The roofing crew worked so hard in blazing heat to get our roof done in two days, and ASI upgraded us to bigger gutters and downspouts for free after I said we've had overflow problems in the past. Since we were having some very rainy weather, they made sure everything was sealed up tight before they quit for the day. We didn't have any leaks.
