BEWARE- DO NOT USE! We had them replace our roof for big bucks. When we saw new interior water and exterior structure damage we called them and they (Jay-the owner, Eddy and many others) promised to fix. After a year of back and forth between us, insurance companies and 3rd party inspectors -NOTHING. A 3rd party building report exposed ASI's very untrustworthy business practices, very poor workmanship, and they defrauded us by using substandard materials NOT the product we purchased. After our insurers provided them with this report THEY WENT SILENT.

After dealing with Mr. Arreola for our roof repairs things began good, we got the inspection started and we received assistance filing our insurance claim, but then Mr. Arreola stopped answering phone calls. The company did no effort to contact us after informing us their employee was no longer working for them. We were left with no repairs and empty promises. I do not recommend this company!

I would highly recommend ASI for roofing and/or siding. We were contacted by several companies following a hail storm but went with ASI after a neighbor recommended them. Although we did not get a roof replacement approved by insurance, Scotty, Chris, and Dan went above and beyond on our behalf in navigating the entire insurance claim process. ASI did replace our entire siding and we even upgraded the builder-grade window trim and we are very happy with the results. The professionalism of the team and the quality of the work was excellent. Had a leak on my roof this Sunday morning reached out to Scottie Burns from ASI construction who was recommended by my Aunt. On a Sunday, not oy did he text me back immediately( on a Sunday morning) he came out within 2 hrs . We filled a claim with him and his partners Chris. The best customer service i have ever experienced, tarp is set for tomorrow morning.

Had a recent storm hit my area in the city and my neighbor highly recommended ( Youngblood family) ASI and especially Scottie B and Chris I reached out to Scottie B last week and he got back to me immediately, I later found out Scottie was actually in the hospital retuning my calls, they came out this Saturday afternoon and inspected, extreme honest and through, and explained the process. I am extremely impressed with the communication and the explanation of the process. Looking forward to working with them. Early on in the process but highly recommend.
