I started at Precise Chiropractic in 2016 with debilitating neck, shoulder and arm pain that that did not respond to pain killers. I had ruptured a disk in my neck in 2014 and although I visited doctors and completed therapy my neck never seemed to heal properly. My left shoulder was lower than my right and my range of neck motion was poor. I believe the ruptured disk was due to bike and car accidents years earlier that had left my head off center and placed undue strain on my neck. In 2016 the ruptured disk reoccurred although I hadn't engaged in any activities that might cause it. The intense pain radiated from my back across my left arm to my fingers which were numb. I started taking the maximum recommended opioid and advil to help mediate the pain but it didn't help, only made me loopy. I was unable to sleep for several days and at the end of my rope when I spoke with a friend who told me about NUCCA. After my first visit I felt relief and after two visits I was mostly pain free and able to sleep. I could feel that I was on the road to complete pain free recovery. My shoulders were level and my range of motion in my neck was excellent. I haven't had any pain or neck issues since I started seeing Dr. Cramer. Continued maintenance visits have kept me in tip top shape. My range of motion in my neck is normal, I am able to do any activity without fear of re- injuring my neck.
