I looked forward to working with Brandy, but I was very disappointed. Communication was lacking. After I applied, I didn't receive any communication. It was hard to get ahold of her and receive any kind of response. She responded a few times, but my last correspondence I tried for weeks and received nothing, not even a denial or explanation. It was one of the weirdest experiences I have had with a lender, and I have had many.

Brandy was recommended to me by my father who had worked with her years before on refinancing his house and said it was a great and smooth experience. With me and my wife being first time buyers there were definitely some frustrating moments from having to learn how the process is going to unfold as it’s happening. But in the end Brandy and her team got my family into our first home that me and my wife both love. On top of that Brandy and all of her team members, particularly Laila Reyal, were always very professional and respectful to me and my wife even when I had moments of frustration.
