What an amazing location! Yana is such an amazing owner operator and really cares about health, wellness and self care! What a cool setup to have a boutique fitness studio with 2 contrast therapy rooms for recovery. The cold plunge and infrared sauna therapy is helping bring my inflammation down so much and really assisting in my weight loss journey. It’s also the best way I’ve found to just completely destress. 12/10 on coming here all around!

Been with them for over a year. Awesome people in an awesome environment. Grace is my personal trainer, and she pushes me to where my body can go but my brain doesn't think it can. I love it!

My husband and I love coming here to relax. The sauna is amazing and I’m slowly getting used to the cold plunge. The space is very clean and comfortable.

Had an amazing experience! Went in with my boyfriend for the Valentine’s Day special. We were welcomed with iced coffee, juice, and body armor as well as berries and chocolate. The sauna was clean, hot and more than enough space for two! The light therapy inside the sauna is a great extra where you can choose which color you’d like. They have a sheet on the wall that tells you exactly what each color does for the body. We enjoyed the violet, pink, and red. The cold plunge was clean and in the low 50s. It was so nice hopping into the warm shower after each plunge! Overall 10/10 experience. Will be going back (for the third time)
