This was my first time trying the contrast therapy rooms at Fit Haus in Mokena and it was a really great experience. Matt was super nice and took the time to walk me through everything and explain how it all works, gave me a few suggestions, which I really appreciated as a first timer.The sauna and cold plunge setup was clean, relaxing, and very well maintained. It would honestly make a great couples date night or even just a relaxing afternoon.They also provide everything you might need, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and tons of towels. I also slept amazing that night and even the next couple nights after.They have some great package options too. I look forward to going again

What an amazing location! Yana is such an amazing owner operator and really cares about health, wellness and self care! What a cool setup to have a boutique fitness studio with 2 contrast therapy rooms for recovery. The cold plunge and infrared sauna therapy is helping bring my inflammation down so much and really assisting in my weight loss journey. It’s also the best way I’ve found to just completely destress. 12/10 on coming here all around!
