This is April highbaugh I just got new mattress from Mattress by Appointment Coal Mattress by Appointment Coal City. I got a queen size at very good price. Chuck the mattress guy was very helpful and had very good selection.

We went in today with high hopes of finding a comfortable, affordable bed. What we received far surpassed that. Amazing, quick service along with a phenomenal selection and was mind-blown that we could get it same day! Before 5pm and it’s set up and I’m napping on our new bed! The BEST thing, we would have paid triple the price at Ashley Furniture!

Amazing place for a mattress I was able to look at all the mattresses and he was able to deliver the mattress, boxspring, and frame to diamond. All of this took about 45 minutes he was the best for customer service.
Went in today at 2:30 and had a mattress delivered and set up before 5:30 same day. Awesome ppl to deal with. purchase was quick, easy, and at better price I could find anywhere. Highly recommend.

I saw Chuck’s post regarding factory direct mattresses at reasonable prices. I reached out to him and he took really good care of us. I purchased two really nice, good quality queen size mattress sets. He and his assistant delivered and set up the beds for me. It was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend contacting him when you are looking to purchase a new bed.
