The driver picking up was awsome! Very personable but all business. The driver who delivered my stuff at its destination was awsome as well. With wete on-time and very cool people. As forbthe coordinators they were fantastic. I was able to move up my move date by almost 3 weeks. When it was my fault to change the delivery date, they worked with me to get a driver and delivered my things two weeks early. Great experience overall

I have told everyone I know that if they have a long distance move, Units is the way to go. The communication and friendly staff in both cities was exemplary and the Long Distance Move Division ensured that the process between the two sites was seamless. They took care of all the coordination and were very responsive to calls. My storage unit was delivered in perfect shape. I love that the remote control forklifts can get into tiny spots and tight driveways. We felt 100% happy with the entire experience.

Can’t say enough wonderful things about the long-distance moves division of UNITS! We have used their services three times now, each time a tough move under difficult circumstances. Gina very efficiently handled the moves and was also such a reassuring and compassionate presence as we went through each process. She’s the kind of person you always hope to deal with when you reach out to a company, but so rarely find these days. The UNITS containers were very solid and sturdy, easy to open, close and lock. The local teams arrived on time, delivering and removing the containers with no issues. There are big competitors out there, but this really is a fantastic company and well worth trying. UNITS was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We needed a container filled with antique furniture and multiple boxes moved from South Carolina to VA. The staff of both UNITS in South Carolina and VA could not have been more efficient, courteous and flexible, from the initial setup to the delivery and placement of the container. We were especially impressed with how the handlers of the robotic forklift kept the container level on a hilly driveway and maneuvered it into a tight space in VA. The price was fair, the communication great, and most of all the people were skilled and considerate. Thank you UNITS.

I booked this move for my daughter who moved from Texas to Missouri. Everyone from UNITS was professional and courteous. I needed to change the drop date and UNITS was easy to work with us. The only thing I would suggest is that each customer work with one person through the entire move - we had one person in Missouri, one person in Texas and two people that were assigned to us as contact persons (that we didn't need). I would highly recommend UNITS for an interstate move.

From day 1, UNITS made moving to a different state a stress free part of the whole process. One person was nicer than the next to deal with.... Gina, Danielle and George. They were extremely knowledgable and helpful and made sure the UNIT was delivered and picked up exactly when they said it would be, despite an impending snowstorm. Even when there was a minor issue after picking up the UNIT to be brought to my new home, George was able to quickly resolve the problem without any damage to my items. When I opened the doors to unload, everything was just as I had packed it. It was clean and perfect for getting my more manageable personal items to my new house. I would absolutely use them again and wish I could leave more than 5 stars.

Moving to another home can be a stressful moment in time. Units made it much easier for me. They delivered my container to my driveway in suburbia without a hitch. We loaded it. They moved it 3,000 miles, stored until time for delivery at my in-town condo. After it was unloaded, they came and picked it up. Top notch customer service from the whole team, especially Gina and Charlene! They managed my UNIT delivery with lots of communication and on time. I called last minute (after hours) to get a 3rd UNIT, and someone locally (Denver, CO) called me back on what to expect next with my last minute request, and they came through with that delivery 🙌🏽. When we got to the new state, the Louisville, KY warehouse, Kevin, was also highly communicative and the driver, Chris, came on time, every time with each UNIT. Can’t praise this company enough and I love how every one in different states worked uniformly to make my long distance move a smooth process♥️ thank you all so much! My move was already a disaster when our car broke down and the new house was dirty… but I at least had yall to deliver my items when I needed to make this place a home 😊

Most of the "POD" moving companies do not have very good reviews, but UNITS was by far the exception with excellent reviews (in comments and ratings) so it was easy for me to decide. I always felt at ease from my local contact in Columbus,OH and with the long distance staff. I spoke and deal with about 4 people in total and all were top notch.

UNITS is an awesome service! We used them to help with a long distance cross country move from an apartment to a house. We got the 16ft (largest) moving unit and it was able to perfectly fit in the tiny apartment parking lot and down our hill at our house. The customer service folks were lovely and helped answer any questions we had. They were also flexible with our request to bump back the pick up date by a day without impacting the delivery timeline! 10/10 would recommend and would use again! Thank you UNITS!

These guys are rock stars!! Well they could at least handle moving a rock band. I was moving my 85 yo Mom across country (Chicago to Denver). Moving from a senior living into another. They have lots of rules and requirements in those places. Units handled it all great. Showed up the day they said they would and delivered to next address the day they said they would. They were extremely kind and patient with my Mom as I wasn't there when it was delivered. They put the unit in a standard parking spot with cars on either side with zero issue. They were professional, timely and frankly priced better than the competitors I had researched. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
