No written estimate. Below par work (had to redo work). Work done was seriously overpriced for parts and complexity. If I were mot in a back brace post spinal surgery I could easily done the work in under 45 minutes and $22 in parts as to the $500 + they charged. I believe it is cheaper to get a BMW serviced. When I'm healed I'll be redoing their work. I will not use them again.

Toilet shut off valve stared leaking and I wanted a new toilet installed too. I contacted Nancy’s Plumbing this morning at around 7:30 through their online booking. Valve went bad on a tub enclosure and had to shut it down at the main. Called Nancy's Plumbing and explained that I had no water until the valve could be replaced. Chris and his brother arrived within 20 minutes and replaced the entire valve and diverter with modern plumbing. Fast, courteous, professional service. Highly recommend, thank you.
