I had a group of directors and a VP to entertain and this was perfect! I have a very picky leadership group but every single person was having a blast and participating in the class. Matt was so responsive to questions and made the whole process easy. He has a large cocktail list to chose from as well as being very knowledgeable on different brands of alcohol. We had him travel out to the VP’s home and he brought everything we needed and was very clean and organized. I love that he brought the glassware, cocktail tools and even the black bar Matt’s! He was very personable and engaging. He had everyone’s attention while giving us instructions as well as an overview and history on the different drinks and alcohol. He is definitely in the right line of work because he was amazing! The set up looked so nice (see photo) and he cleaned after himself before leaving. We also used Callan from Bittersweet Provisions which he recommends for appetizers and she was great also! Her food was delicious and again she cleaned up after herself before leaving and everyone loved the food. From start to finish everything ran smoothly and everyone raved about the event the next few days.
