Very happy with the help I got during the move. They were slightly delayed from a previous job but managed to get everything done very quickly. No damages to the items. They sent a tiny truck that couldn't fit all of our furniture in a single move like last time and cost us and extra 2 hours for a second trip.

Then the following day, they failed to show up at all. I called them an hour after they were meant to arrive and was told the lights in the truck weren't working (it was midday on a bright sunny day). There was absolutely no communication from them, it was always me calling them to find out what was happening. Eventually the truck operator admitted that the truck was loaded for a job which was scheduled for 2 days after my job. Almost 4 hours after they were meant to arrive, they asked if i could reschedule my move for 2 days later. Understandably, I refused as my tenancy ended on the date I had booked them for. Since then, I have been avoided, hung up on, told I would be "lucky" to get the money I had already paid them back (which has just happened 25 days later), told to "be a man and accept it", and been blamed by them for the fact that I had to find someone else to do the job I had already paid them for. Overall an extremely disappointing, stressful, unprofessional, and unpersonable service. Worth noting that they also claim 100% positive feedback on their website. FALSE. They eventually refunded me $400 (including the $100 deposit) which covered half of the costs I incurred to get the job done. Less

Having moved all over the world I am shocked by the appalling service of this company. I was arranging a quote for a move with them and booked in a slot for the packing and removal assessment and they told me 30 minutes before arrival I had to pay them $40 for an assessment for an accurate quote.
