Matic Tech Solutions was the best decision I made for my business. Santiago is amazing! He created a custom website as well as my own custom logos. Santiago set my business up on Google and was able to get me on the top of the search engine when local families are in need of drywall repair. The best part of it all is having a CRM, Alprosper Ai. My clients are now able to book themselves, send in pictures of what they need, as well as contact me instantly through text, call or email all on my website. I am able to create and send out my invoicing, proposals and payments instantly to my clients with the CRM as well as sending a review request right after the job is done. My clients are now able to pay with debit or credit card which has been a huge game changer. All my social media accounts are linked to the CRM. When anyone contacts me through social media it goes straight to the CRM. Never again do I need to keep up with all my different accounts because everything is in ONE place. Even when it comes to posting material, I post it through my CRM and it will automatically post to all my accounts. Santiago has helped and walked me through everything step by step. I am not tech savvy so having Santiago to do it all and show me how to do it myself has been life changing for my business and I would not be where I'm at without him.
