When I had my first visit and I was told the cost of the treatment, I was a little bit hesitant. I had 3 sessions with Kelsey and one with Dan so far. To start the customer service is perfect really good and you are all respectful and nice and really easy to talk to. And what I loved the most that you made sure that I understand and know that this is a process that takes time. You didn't promise me the impossible. Both Kelsey and Dan made sure all the time that they are not hurting me and the pressure is fine. They talk to me to make the session less awkward and more comfortable. They are so respectful, professional and easy going. I am very impressed with the whole staff and Kelsey is very thorough. I had excruciating pains in my lower back and side of my leg and burning pains in my thighs. After thorough questioning to assess me, I was given exercises to do at home and got some deep soft tissue manages at the center. All the staff are great at Physicentrix! I had a lot of pain in my neck with tingling down my arm and hand with some discomfort in my back. It was very annoying and frustrating. They offered to meet me at the clinic to go over my questions and concerns and take a look at my problem and treatment options before going straight to evaluation. They're the best! I've been to several physiotherapists around the city and they're the most dedicated in town, hands down. They really care about your needs and their program adjusts to changes you require. I came with unbearable pain all the time about a month ago and Misha (owner) and Kelsey (osteopath) really listened! Now my pain (lower back and possibly sciatica) has substantially gone down. I didn't know quite what to expect from my first session with Osteopath, Hamed, but from the moment he started working on my back, I sensed not just his competence but his confidence in the treatment that he was administering. He was patient and pleasant throughout and continually asked if I was doing alright which was reassuring. During my initial assessment, Misha and Hamed made me feel comfortable right away, I found them to be unpretentious, courteous and thorough with the examination process and the recommended plan to improve the discomfort in my shoulder. I did have a great experience at Physicentrix. I arrived there with a lot of pain and carpian tunnel problem. The staff and the service was great and friendly. They proposed a plan according to my needs and exercises that working out on my rehabilitation process. I was not able to write my reports without feeling pain, since I started my exercises and treatment I see a great improvement as I am able to work thoroughly and comfortably. My personal experience with Physicentrix is excellent and in my opinion, Physicentrix is one of the best physiotherapy clinics in the city since the staffs are very intelligent and skilled. I am a software professional and due to my busiest routines, I had severe back pain and I would say the pain level was 8/10. So I immediately booked the appointment with physicentrix and started my sessions weekly twice. After the third session, my pain is drastically reduced and at the eighth session, I would say my pain level is 1/10. It's all because of therapy, massage, and home exercise they thought of me. Excellent experience at the PhysiCentrix clinic! They are opened weekends which is perfect for busy professionals, who can’t make the standard M-F 9-4 hours of most physio clinics. I sustained an injury (lumbar strain with disc herniation) through weightlifting on a Saturday evening. Was able to reach the clinic that same night and book an emergency consult for the following day. The staff was accomadating, attentive and knowledgeable. Their service is really second to none. Any time I called the clinic, Misha genuinely wanted to follow-up and monitor my progress and always asked how I was doing. Bryan the PT was extraordinary. Unlike other physios whom I’ve seen in the past, he took time to explain the injury, and why certain exercises would be beneficial for a rapid recovery. Two thumbs up for his patience and kindness. Drastic results as well, within 4 sessions I am feel much better, have regained mobility/stability and have gradually resumed training! Less

J'ai beaucoup souffert de douleurs cervicales à cause de mes trois hernies. Comme si je n'avais pas eu assez des douleurs lombaires sont apparus également. Quelle souffrance! Je ne remercierai pas assez le personnel de Physicentrix qui a su me remettre en forme et d'une façon permanente!! Je suis convaincue que leurs traitements sont efficaces (évidemment, il faut suivre les consignes sinon on risque de se blesser à nouveau). On m'a aidé à récupérer rapidement ma flexibilité (j'ai pensé que ça allait prendre beaucoup de temps à revenir). Le personnel est très courtois et professionnel. Croyez-moi, dans le passé, j'ai déjà été vue par d'autres dans le domaine mais c'est à eux que je recommande pour éliminer toute douleur/raideur qui vous empêcherait de bien dormir et de fonctionner normalement dans la journée. Everyone at Physicentrix is very professional, friendly and helpful! My therapist took the time to evaluate the state of my leg to create an appropriate treatment plan. At each session, he verified the actual state of my thigh, then explained what he was doing, answered my questions and carefully worked on my leg. With a conscientious work method, my limping leg progressively came back to its normal state. Now I can run, bike and get up without any problems. Sharl is the man! I started coming here about a year ago because of a snowboarding injury on my right knee and was referred by a good friend of mine. Sharl is very knowledgeable and treated me with great attention to detail to my particular case, especially if I had any questions or things I wanted to be clarified, helping me get to where I wanted to be in terms of my knee. I was given exercises to do at home and would come in for a variety of different treatments like ultrasound or shock wave therapy, depending on the day. A Nice place for the treatment! I had the IT Band or runner's knee issue, due to side ligament is too tied. But it did recovery after 6 series of the treatment(30mins each time) and NO More pains after running. Beside that, i learned the right habits to protect the knee and the relavent prevention programs before and after each run. Hope runners who have the same problem could try it. Less

When I came in I had just injured my hamstring, and had a solid limp. Running and regular exercise were out of the question. The pain was managed as of my first visit, and the exercises that I was prescribed got me in on the mend. After one month, I was able to go running, skateboard, and practice martial arts without pain, although with some restraint. Ce centre spécialisé m'a été référé par un physiothérapeute qui lui-même m'a été référé par le Jewish de Côte-des-Neiges.
