We were referred by a family friend to Cypress after a devastating tornado that ended up being the easiest claim having lived in SWLA with hurricanes and Having worked in the insurance industry for a very long time. I was going to use who and what I knew since insurance companies usually refer one company…..but I’m forever thankful that I didn’t and I’m so thankful God allowed a family friend to give us the name to Cypress. Words will not even begin to express the quality, professionalism, honest, caring and I could go on for days about this incredible company …..not to mention how fast the turn around time was. Just mind blowing!!! I will forever support and stand for these folks. I also would love to advocate that insurance companies need to change their “preferred vendor” policies in order to help customers start work immediately with only certain names and if it don’t change, at the very least add CYPRESS MITIGATION AND RESTORATION to the list…. The roof on our house was “repaired” before we moved in by someone else who did not correctly repair the flashing. Because of this we had wind driven rain that led to water damage in our bathroom. Thankfully Cypress Mitigation responded to our call right away and assessed the damage. Not only did they find where the water was coming from they also spotted mold growth and treated it. The team had the job done in 2 days. Cypress took their time in the assessment and was not leaving without answers. They treated my house the way they would their own.
