I just started working out at Vantage last month and I absolutely love it! I've been intimidated to to join a gym like this before because I didn't understand how to do all of the movements. Vantage took me through the process of learning each step and setting me up for success. Now that I'm in group classes, they're still giving me coaching! Can't recommend enough.

I joined in 2021 for a couple months, and then I moved away for two years. Re-joined as soon as I moved back, and all the coaches have been so great in welcoming me back. Truly a great place to build community with people striving to be their best.

This is by far and away the best gym in Denver. The community has been more like family than random gym people. The coaching is top-notch and the programming incredible. I’ve been a long-time member of 5+ CFit gyms in 4 different states and return to the good ones when I’m in town. I’ve been a member of Vantage since moving to Denver in 2019. Vantage Movement is a great gym for ANYone and EVERYone. Solid programming. Knowledgeable coaching. Good people. Clean and well-equipped. What more can you ask for?

Best gym in town!

This is the gym. I don't want to talk about it because I like it being my little secret. No pretense, machismo, unhealthy environment, or pushing beyond what is healthy for you. I'm not worried about injury because I know I'm in good hands. I can't endorse it enough.

Vantage is awesome. Having great programming is expected 😜 and they do it well. But all the social events and the question of the day truly build the Vantage community. Found my home gym.

Look no further, this is a fantastic gym! My husband and I have loved being a part of this community. The workouts are challenging but just what you expect from a xfit gym. But never fear, there are scaled options for every workout to ensure everyone is able to fully participate. They have a great selection of daily classes to fit your schedule, offer so many programs to supplement your training, and are always happy to help you define your goals and get your nutrition in check. They are really great with communicating and working with you individually to make your time their as worthwhile as possible. And they are amazing at making you feel comfortable and safe in this Covid-19 climate. Perhaps the best part is that the entire staff is really knowledgeable and trustworthy with not only CrossFit but fitness in general. Lastly, the coaches really take the opportunity to get to know you and your strengths/weaknesses and push you during every workout. One of the cleanest gyms I've ever been in. I was new from out of town, and completely felt welcomed by everyone in the gym. Huge space too, really nice rig, turf, and plenty of accessory equipment. Highly recommend; I'll definitely be going back!

Vantage Movement has a neat progression of programming tiers (mobility, bodyweight/HIIT, weightlifting, crossfit, gymnastics) all of which are scalable per-workout which allows you to grow to more advanced movements incrementally. The coaching here is impressive; some of the best around.

I dropped into CrossFit Vantage for 2 days while on family vacation. The facility was great and the staff was friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend CF Vantage to anyone looking for a drop in while staying in the Denver area. Thanks again for having me!

As someone who never thought they could do any workout even close to CrossFit, this is the place to go. The coaches are friendly and great at their jobs and the other members are friendly and supportive. The classes are at set times throughout the day and there is always at least one coach there to help everyone warm up, give an overview of the workout, and make sure everyone is doing the movements safely and with correct form while offering professional tips on how to improve. I have injuries from snowboarding and motorcycle accidents to my wrists and knees that I always thought would prevent me from doing things like CrossFit on top of a general lack of fitness and I have been amazed at what they have helped me accomplish and work around. The coaches have been awesome at working with me to find alternative movements I can do that work out the same muscles for the exercises that my injuries prevent me from doing. I expected the extra wear and tear to make my injuries a little worse over time but I was surprised to see that after coming here for a few months I had supporting muscles that took away some of my knee pain and I could make short hikes without wincing or limping for the first time in years which has been amazing. Vantage also offers different levels for scaling their workouts so you can come in any day no matter your fitness level. The coaches and all of the members have always been supportive and encouraging. You don't have to feel embarrassed if you can't do a single pull up while others are doing 30, they will just encourage you to do the best you safely can do and give you tips on how to build up to the full prescribed workouts. Vantage doesn't feel like what I always imagined CrossFit gyms and CrossFitters to be like. It has been an amazingly positive experience and I would recommend it to anyone interested in making a positive change to their fitness life, no matter where you're starting at. I know It's very intimidating to get started with something like this, but sign up for the on boarding personal training sessions and make it through the month of classes that comes with it. If you put the effort in, I promise you won't regret it. You might even start to look forward to going to the gym, something I thought I would never say. Less

I have been coming here for 6 years and the place keeps getting better. The quality fitness programming plus excellent coaching staff make this the best possible gym. And the scaling of workouts and personal attention make it a great place for all fitness levels. Most importantly, the community of members are so welcoming and fun to be around.
