The food is super convenient and affordable, and everyone is always friendly. The flavors of the food are good, but the chicken is always so dry and hard. If the chicken were cut into larger bites and/or not over cooked so much, we would probably get these every week. We usually only get the low carb meals. This time, we also got the red enchilada. Tired for the first time today. Food is great. I think staff could be a little better, I walked in and wasn’t even acknowledged- a missed opportunity to sell products, or the idea of ordering a week’s worth, options for purchasing, etc. no different than walking into a gas station to buy something. My wife and I went to visit yesterday and we purchased several meals including the Blueberry Hawaiian Parfait. It was absolutely next level in terms of quality and taste. Very tasty food! It's so refreshing to have some healthy options here is Las Cruces. Being a full time student and having a full time job makes it hard to make food. This place is a godsend for a busy gal like me who likes a healthy, flavorful meal. Meals a reasonably priced too.
