I booked them for an emergency same -day cleaning for three hours, plus an additional hour that included walls and baseboards. I also agreed separately to have them take care of some dishes as well. Not only were the walls are baseboards left untouched, the floors weren’t done, and, in spite of their claims that they stayed the entire time, the timer on the door lock and ring doorbell told me that she was here for less than three hours. This was after I asked her to only focus on one bedroom, two bathrooms, then the living room and kitchen . She showed up well over an hour late because of traffic and I was fine with that, I even asked her to help herself to some coffee after that long drive and kept my friend away from the home longer than necessary to make sure they had adequate time. Their solution was to offer me half of the extra fee I paid to have the walls and baseboards ignored . You couldn’t pay me to use them again. Less

We have been using this service for almost 2 months now. Vivioli cleans our house and she does an amazing job!!! She is very thorough, thoughtful, and always leaves little surprises with the blankets, towels, toilet paper (roses) and paper towels.
