You have access to your own account that you set up and can manage/view upcoming services, payments etc. I thought my lawn was beyond saving but they managed to restore it in just 3 months. And after they complete their services they leave detailed instructions on how to upkeep your lawn via text or email. They are always there if you have any questions or concerns. Jonathan came promptly, gave suggestions, and listened to what we wanted as well. Jonathan put together as nice an outside as we could have asked for. Even talked us into changing some colors which look awesome. Also, Jonathan has to be one of the most personable people we have ever dealt with. The following week no one showed,yet again I had to reach out told me they could come Monday told him to stay to Friday's. Then I switched to every other Friday since skipping a week wasn't bad told me it was more money and when I talked about things I wanted to be fixed wanted more money. Sends me a bills tells me asap I paid and yet again no one showed for my set day. I sent the owner a text of they were coming no response , then later that evening I sent another message saying I will no longer use your service since no one showed up twice in a matter of a month and no response twice. Very unprofessional wouldn't recommend this company didn't even do a good job.
